You can find the update's full patch notes outlined down below. Patch 1.13 resolves issues with the Legends and New Game+ modes. In Legends, the update irons out a bug that causes players to get stuck in the mode's tutorial. Meanwhile, in New Game+, patch 1.13 fixes a bug that prevented the Platinum Trophy armor dye from appearing. Elsewhere, the update fixes general problems with PlayStation Network functionality, such as ironing out frequent error message pop-ups and adding support for a "Players Met" notification.
