During the daytime, our games testing software testing crews deliver product feedback to customers, from our South Bronx facility. Events like this one promote community growth and involvement, and create the idea of an open door to tech. Competitors are not permitted to unplug any SB2 supplied hardware, Xbox One Consoles, Monitors etc. Tampering may result in forfeiture or disqualification. 2. Wireless controllers and/or wireless headsets are not permitted (*wireless remotes with USB cable are fine*). Batteries must be removed from competitor controllers for the duration of the event. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture or disqualification or removal from the event. 3. Headsets must be self-powered – no USB or socket powered headsets are Supported. Sorry. 4. Competitors are allowed 5 minutes to setup prior to a match, after arriving at their designated station. 5. Teams are required to report to their assigned station for matches within 15 minutes of the match-up being announced.Teams that are not present in full will forfeit the series. 6. Teams may not start a game without the permission of their station Referee.Games started without a referee’s consent will be replayed, regardless of the outcome. 7.Teams may not substitute a player or coach after registration. Competitors must be present for the duration of the tournament. 8. All floor stations will use SB2 supplied Xbox Live Accounts in order to minimize downtime. 9. If a team has any complaints or concerns about cheating by another team, it must be brought to the attention of their station Referee or the Tournament Director before the start of the next match. Failure to do so will result in your loss of right to appeal previous match outcomes. 10. Excessive use of taunting or profanity by teams will result in a warning. If a team accumulates 3 warnings over the course of the event, they will be disqualified from the tournament.Discriminatory profanity or acts of discrimination, including racism, sexism or bigotry will not be tolerated, and may also result in disqualification and/or removal from the event. 11. Spectators may not communicate or interfere with teams while a match is in progress. If they do, they will be asked to leave the station.If they continue to break this rule over the course of the tournament, they will be removed from the venue and not allowed back for the rest of the event. 12. UGC operates a zero tolerance policy on aggressive behavior by any attendees and competitors.Any attempts of threats, violence or abuse will result in immediate removal from the event and venue, and disqualification if you are participating in the tournament. 13. Competitors are responsible for their belongings for the duration of the event.Competitors should realize that many Xbox One controllers look the same and a distinguishing mark may be used to show evidence of ownership. 14. In the event of equipment failure or any other game pausing scenario, the game will be restarted unless the winning team is winning by a shutout which will be up to the discretion of tournament organizer.
