There seems to be a burn mark on his face, but I don't remember Meta having an injury like that. The man does not have much hair, maybe Meta grew it out? EDIT: Okay I just watched it and I get why you think that was the Meta at the end, only he got shot in the throat. This guy only had one ugly face wound.
