Unbelievable(Terrible game of Grifball)

Alright, so I was playing Grifball, as it gets you the most credits on Halo Reach, and I am trying to become a Brigadier. In the second round, I believe, two of my team mates quit, as well as a member of the enemy team. I was left with a team member that goes by the name, who I did not know was friends with the other players on the other team,(sorry, I don't know why the font changed, this is my first post) and took the opportunity to troll me. I thought that we might have a chance of winning, but then he betrayed me. I thought it might have just been an accident, until the enemies, as well as, began to spawn-kill me. I tried to take a stand, as I heard that you would get a high credit jackpot during bull-crap positions like that one. After being spawn-killed numerous times(and mostly by my own team mate, too) I began to randomly smash my gravity hammer. I managed to get a double kill, but then again betrayed. What made me mad was that I took the ball, and was betrayed by my own team mate, and he picked up the ball, and dropped it so the other team could pick it up :realmad: . I dare not quit, I wanted to show them that I could take being trolled. They began to toy me, jumping around, trying to provoke me, and crouching next to the bomb plate, then dropping the bomb on it. Now thinking on it, I probably should have quit, as they were getting sprees and lots of credits, as well as probably boosting their commendations, which may have earned them about 12,000 credits, whereas I only earned a measly 3000. I wish that 343 were to know about this, and I know that I sound like I'm whining, and 343 is working hard on their next Halo, but I know that somebody out there makes sure nobody hacks or cheats, and I consider this cheating.  I think that they should be punished, especially, I maybe I should get a small reward. Well, that wraps up my post, Merry Christmas!

If you're having issues with a specific gametype, in this case Grifball, play another gametype. Or just play another game, more specifically a game that won't cause you to rage because other players aren't playing properly. I mean, we've all had moments in a game that has annoyed us, but posting in the forums isn't going to change a thing. Considering Reach is like, what? 2-3 years old? Who really cares about Credits, anymore. Not trying to be a ****, but come on dude. Everyone should know by now that complaining about stuff like this will have no notice taken.

While I can sympathise with having to put up with bad teammates, especially in light of Reach's ridiculous quit-ban system, there isn't really anything that can be done here: the best thing you can do in these situations is to add negative feedback to the relevant players so that you're less likely to be matched with them in the future, and if possible try to party up with other players either from your friends list or from those who you've enjoyed playing with during matchmaking.

Also please note that while it's okay to complain about a bad game, we do not allow threads which are based on directly attacking other players, regardless of their behaviour: as a result, all references to the gamertags of the relevant teammates have been removed.

In the meantime, I wish you the best of luck in finding better teammates in the future!
