What Halo 5 SHOULD be...

Halo 5 should be additional to Halo 4's vast complexity, but at the same time, explore new features. Three things come to mind when I think features that would be cool in Halo 4 and Halo 5:

  1. Extravision (http://marathongame.wikia.com/wiki/Biobus_Chip_Enhancements#Extravision)
Extravision is probably the second best idea I've come up with for Halo 5. Sick of people scaring you when they're right beside you? This powerup makes you think you move faster, and increases your sight, allowing to see the entire battlefield.
  2. 180OTSS
180 Degrees Over-The-Shoulder Shot: Has anyone ever played Evil Dead: Fistful of Boomstick where it allows you to fire upside down over your shoulder? It's a pretty cool ability, and it would look even cooler if it was a quick-time motion, and in first person.
  3. Water and liquid physics
Somebody already made a post about this, but it would be cool if we could have a pelican equipped for liquid landing and stuff.

Overall, it would be somewhat difficult to implement all three because the only button that doesn't have an in game use is the up button on the d-pad and even that is a challenge (unless of course you perform a 180OTSS when holding A and you fire when you land but that is pretty ridiculous)

Extravision and 180otss sound cool but really OP for Halo 4; people have complained about promethean vision, which only has a radius of around twenty-feet. Extravision sounds like that, only on steroids. What makes you think people won't start complaining about that? And 180oTSS sounds really cheap, like if someon's shields are down and they are running away from their attacker, they can just fire a gun over their shoulder and kill him. That will create a lot of bull****, no offense. I like your third idea, having Pelicans equipped to perform water landings; the only problem, though, is that humans are so advanced at this point in time that they simply don't need to even land - they have thrusters that can hover them meters above the ground. Why would a pelican need water landing treads when it already has futuristic thrusters? Overall, this is a good post, keep up the good work. Some of your ideas sound really interesting.
