So both pictures are the same in appearance but will have a different; .PDF file associated with it, I'm not quite sure what to make of this one but this is all that was released in the second Data Drop. We’re not sure what it was, but it would not surprise me in the least if it ends up being grouped with sites like Onyx, Meridian, Arcadia or even that thing Halsey’s digging up on Reach. Maybe chief needs to find Halsey, or better yet, maybe her and chief go to the same place and are stuck there but chief saves her... That could be why chief has new armor!! Don't think the drops are reference to Halo 4, but to Halo: CEA. Could be wrong but less than 2 months before release. We do know that there will be 4 more drops.
