War Games Map Pass problem

Hi I have encountered a problem with the War Games Map Pass. I picked up my copy of the standard Halo 4 at the Midnight release, now I got the code for it and I downloaded the crimson DLC for free. But now I am not able to play on the DLC, My game is saying "Please make sure you are connected to Xbox Live and have the War Games Pass Downloaded" but the thing is in my purchase history the Crimson DLC shows up but not the map pass and the war games map pass in not. But the DLC and the map pass is on my hard drive. Microsoft said that they are unable to send me a code for the map pass, so I am wondering if 343 is able to give me a new code. It seems that I have encountered a glitch in the servers. I do have Xbox Live and I was signed in when the messege appeared.

Reset your connection, if the problem continues try checking to see what network you are on if it says xbox live then the only thing you can do is contact xbox live support.
