Did I hit the lvl cap???

I just hit lvl 90 and for some reason my LE specializations were gone. I only had the option to choose from Wetwork and Operator. Is this a glitch or did you guys put a limit to the number of specializations that can be acquired. Also if this doesn't get fixed, how will I get the other specializations since I did not play Halo 4 before the 20th with a SE. Help please. Any commentary is much appreciated.

Take out the disc, turn off xbox, turn xbox on, insert disc.

Much appreciated. Must of had trouble loading the downloaded content. Wish I had tried that before I chose Operator. Oh well. Thanks again.
