Can someone help me plz! I preordered Halo 4 and got the forest skin but i dont know how to add it on

343i im getting pretty pissed at your game, there have been no end to problems since i started playing the day of release.

i can deal with the fact my LE codes didnt work, im sure i'll be able to unlock all the stuff sooner or later, apart from Chief's armour which i cant seem to unlock even though i've beaten the game on legendary solo.... TWICE just to make sure

i can deal with the horrible lag and the fact the servers go down every second day although my housemate has no problems, even though we're running on adsl 2+ at 150mbps on a good day 50mbps on a bad one

it kinda ****s me about all the team killing that goes on but thats not ur fault, although u could have stopped team members from doing damage to each other

but for **** sake, im lvl 51 but cant use any of my gear because it seems to think im still lvl 1 whenever i try to start a matchmaking game!

dont get me wrong, i think u guys made a friggin awesome game and im glad bungie no longer has anything to do with it (those guys are ********) but u need to pull ur finger out

ive stopped playing games for less and if i wasnt such a massive halo fan i probably would have snapped the disc already

i know its still early days but seriously, i would have expected thing to run a bit smoother considering its ur first game

Next, mind your language please, thanks. Also what actually is your problem? redeem the codes on xbox.com, that might sort it. For lagg i dont know because i keep getting put in games with laggy connections. And betrayals, well people only betray you if you did something to them (so watch you language online, dont kill people for weapons(unless hes a bad-guy) and just ignore people that steal vehicles.).

 

And because its their first game you should EXPECT PROBLEMS it takes time and experiance to make a perfect game. Furthermore DON'T DISRESPECT BUNGIE! Without them there would be no halo, they did great jobs making the first 5 halo games (Halo CE, Halo 2, Halo 3, Halo 3 ODST, Halo Reach)

My mistake, something about the site name "343industries.org" led me to believe you were 343i, might want to change that to avoid confusion.

Sorry about the language man, but TBH anyone in my situation would be cursing like a sailor. I've tried redeeming my codes everywhere, it just says they're invalid. I've been to the store where i bought the game, they told me to contact 343i. i contacted 343i and they told me to take it up with the game store so you see my problem?

About me disrespecting Bungie, i'm not saying they dont do good work. they made an awesome series of games (perhaps with the exception of ODST) but i had a similar code-not-working problem with Reach's flaming helmet. i contacted them and got the response "go and tell someone who cares as we are not responsible for xbox-live codes" so im sorry if i offended anyone but i stand by my previous statement

Appology accepted. In relation to your codes, if 343I cant help then see if anyone from xbox can help. and i can understand your frustration. Also i am not in controll of then name of the site, and TBH, i dont think it would be changed anyway seeing as we have over 100,000 members and not all of them come online on a regular basis.

It's kinda bothers me because I play online a lot and have hit this twice already where I cannot gain xp anymore though matchmaking or challenges. I know why they have it but why people boost all the time and what not but I only played for like a couple hours today and BAM I hit the cap limit.

You ever been in charge of a team going through theater playback? It's nice to have everyone able to view the same thing at the same time. The theater host is determined by who has the highest download speed and it's very easy to use.

I was playing the other day and I lost connection to live while I was getting on halo 4 and I then signed back on but it would not let me play match making or spartan ops. The problem is simple to fix just go to the dashboard. Just a heads up to players.

The XP cap limit is 75k, so how you hit that in just a couple of hours i dont know. Spartan ops is a very easy gametype to gain credits but it should only really be used to get that last 10k or so, thats all i do. I have never yet hit the cap limit yet.

2) Invis as a load out .... really? If you wanna do that then go with overshield, speed boost and damage boost as load outs as well. If not, get invis back where it needs to be in the random drop. These were always map powerups and that's what they were meant to be so put them in play as such with the random drops.

3) Using a BRAND NEW, un tried server system for MM. Is it any wonder that you spend half the game looking for connections with the host jumping all over the place? BTW, that new system they are INSISTING on using is rated for about 5% of the traffic that's happening. Good way to commit MM hari kari 343, thanx for that.

4) Get someone who actually knows what they are doing with map creations. I've played all the maps that I know of and there are exactly 2 that are symmetrical and balanced, well, 1 really but the other will suffice. In order, they are Ragnarok and Haven. The rest of the maps look like poorly designed and even more poorly executed 4th grade science projects. If I may suggest you get your H3 designer back to work, the current designer is on crack.

5) Putting a quit ban in place on a MM system that is undeniably broken .... have you lost your mind ..... nevermind, you have to first possess something before you can lose it.

6) Last but not least, a skill ranking system that isn't due out until next year!! Really!! Idiots!! That was a complaint for the ENTIRE duration of Reach that there wasn't one in place and you STILL put off putting one in place!! Outrageous!!

 

Folks, you have a good game, quit messing it up. Put the proper fixes in place and put them on dedicated servers. The halo fans are sick and tired of being treated as 3rd rate citizens. Remember one simple fact, without us, you don't have a job.

Smart businesses that succeed don't get where they are by ignoring the voice of their target audience.

 

There's tons of tools out there that makes it easy for a company to gather data regarding what people are saying about them. I think we'd be naive to think 343 doesn't read, watch and listen to as much as they can to cull very valuable feedback.

Some people (if you read back through some of my answers) have been placed on 'backup hopper' servers with only a few hundred people and when they are placed onto the proper servers are reset compleatly. But we cannot offer a solution as we are only the community.

2) Invisi was a loadout anyway, remember in reach you could have invis as a starting loadout? personally i think its a good thing, i never use it thou, i always use "pro vision" (see what i did thar? ;) ) so yeah, Cant help ya bro.

3) You have to have something new to move forwards, if the stone aged people never desided to experiment making wood round then we would still be running around with sleds and horses.

4)i actually disagree with you here, the new maps are pretty cool, others like exile could use some woork making them more ballanced (scorpian vs gause hog..... hmmmmm well id rather have the scorpian tbh) and i HATE Haven, to centrally orientated, maps should promote teamwork in a milliatary fasion, not a "sit in the middle with power weapons and kill everythin that moves".

5) Not quite understanding your problem? anway just deal with it, if you've been banned then you've done something wrong

6) i heard that the skill ranking system was out at the end of the month? IDK, it'll come, just play the game and be greatfull when paired with noobs (as i see it, free xp) and, if you are that way inclined, rage quit when paired with pros.

im not entirely sure, i havent hit level 70 yet, but i could probally imagen it being a temproary level cap so people have a resonably level playing field for when the higher cap is relased. Has this problem only occured on you buddy's xbox? As in, does all your progress come back if you plug it back into your own xbox? may i suggest next time not removing your whole hardrive, but redeeming your account via xbox live, that downloads ALL your information including campaign progress.
