Treyarch has released a new trailer for Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 featuring villain Raul Menendez.

According to the blurb: "Raul Menendez is idolized as the Messiah of the 99%, yet underneath the surface lurks an insidious mastermind hell bent on global insurrection."

Sounds like a lovely chap.

Activision recently confirmed that a futuristic version of Nuketown, a multiplayer map from Treyarch's first Black Ops, will be reimagined for Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 and offered as a pre-order incentive.

Happy Chappy is happy,

:troll:

if i hear more info on CoD, i may buy it, but still, like every CoD, im not convinced.

I'm a Cod fanboy so I'll be getting it no matter what. Escpecially this one since Zombies can have up to 8 people. :)

Black ops is just.. eh

The first Black Ops, in my opinion, was great. I loved what Treyarch did with it and they will continue doing great things with the franchise... as for Infinity Ward they are lazy.

This is a very nice trailer, I am happy to see we are finally getting some insight into the villain of Black Ops 2. I am with Biggles though, I am not convinced enough yet to buy the game. I do understand that you are excited for the 8 player zombies that they will be integrating into the game but, you must realize that this won't exactly be a good addition. This will result in 4v4 Team Zombie Death Match where you must kill zombies and the opposing team. Also what worries me is having a full team of eight. This will result in people getting the bulk of the points and not leaving some for the other players. It also might create a new version to where in the future, CoD will become known as the 'Zombie' game franchise. Please use this as a learning tool based on opinion.

Finish the fight,

Not necessarily its Treyarch. They have a really smart group of people working on the game and for the 8 Player zombies I think the 4v4 thing is a good idea plus that's only one game mode and the 8 survivors can work with huge maps which Treyarch can make. Overall I trust Treyarch they make quality games but if it was Infinity Ward making this I'd be scared. haha

Was almost forgetting how pumped I was for Black Ops II what with Halo 4 and Total War Rome 2 news....

I'm just glad to see that the bad guy is the "Hero" for the 99%. Its time to crack some Socialist/Revolutionary skulls, COD style, just like in the first Black Ops. Take that, Communists!

Not that I'm a COD fanboy, I just loved the first Black Op's campaign.
