  1. Recently I've been thinking about how Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire have been hits for Nintendo. This remake was an extremely smart, and perfectly timed event to do. Now the question remains, after the game being out since, November 21, 2014, Fans might be starting to think about what is next after this remake. (when I say 'fans', I mean me ) Don't get me wrong, there's still much more to be done with Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, time wise, but I think it is time they announce a new project, or just release some speculatory stuff about what is coming next. If Nintendo/GameFreak were to release a new Pokemon title, I'd either love a Remake of Crystal, or a remake of the very popular, Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness. If they don't do a remake, since they just did that, I have some strange feels about a new generation. I guess the question that remains is, how much longer can the Pokemon Video Game franchise just keep making new games? I mean, they do it with Halo, COD, GOW, and many other titles, but is there a limit to how many Pokemon Games there should be? What do you guys think?
  2. Howdy everyone! Its that time of the cycle again. No, no not that cycle. I also shouldn't really be saying 'again', because its the first time... of the cycle... wut. [*INTERMISSION*] Anyway, trying to surprise you didn't work. Actually, it wouldn't have worked anyway, since I named the title of this thread as the surprise, which you've already clicked through reading it, unless you're blind. In which case, I have no idea how you got here, or how you're currently reading this, and how I'm wasting valuable text space on what could be me explaining the surprise. The surprise that isn't a surprise no more, just an announcement. If you've read to this point, I can proudly say I have stolen 15 seconds or more of your life, depending on your reading speed, mwahaha. BÚT WAIT, don't stop reading because I wasted your life, continue reading, because I have a surprise that won't waste your life. Well, it could, but you should read it anyway. The 18th of October marks the one year anniversary of the OnlineKnights YouTube channel. Some may know I'm apart of this channel, some... may not. Over the 365 days (or 360 so far, if you're reading this on the day I posted this), we have gone from 0 subscribers, to 3290 subscribers. I haven't actually been on the channel for that long though, so here are some words from Robius5991 that I copy/pasted from Halo Customs: "as most of our viewers are aware, Halo has been the main focus of our content, specifically features for Halo 4 Forge Maps. In fact, we like them so much that we've featured over 100 of them! Therefore, to celebrate this 1 year milestone, we decided to set up an Anniversary Game Night." How exciting! Please, just take a big step back and scream how much you love us, or alternatively, you can whisper your excitement. You know you want to. Now, back to wasting your ti- I mean, explaining what this whole thingy is about. We're essentially throwing a MASSIVE PARTY! .... but on an Xbox! ...on Halo ...Halo 4. Come join in on this super fun Custom Lobby we'll be hosting, by reading all of the below, that I have again copy/pasted : "As some of you may have noticed, we've been a little scarce in the customs community lately, and for that we're very sorry. School work and personal affairs have kept us rather busy, but this was a date that we simply could not ignore, and so we are throwing caution to the wind and hosting a 6 hour lobby on Friday, October 18th, starting at 3pm and ending at 9pm (Eastern Standard Time). To sign up, please RSVP to the lobby that is linked above! (Or here, because you're not on Halo Customs, you silly muppet: http://halocustoms.com/threads/onlineknights-1-year-anniversary-game-night.13916/ ) For this lobby, the two main hosts will be myself (Robius5991) and GryffinGuy007. We have also decided that since this is a celebratory event, we will not be accepting map submissions to be played, but instead will be following a pre-determined schedule of maps. To pay tribute to our awesome subscribers, and the Halo community in general, our Game Night will include our Star Wars Battlefront remakes, a few of our own maps, but most importantly, a variety of the community's maps that have been submitted to us in the past. Hopefully there's something for everyone in that list. Below, in the spoiler, you can find our map schedule for the evening:" Now here's a thankyou from Robius! That isn't copy/pasted! Actually, it is! "When I started this channel a year ago, its purpose was very different than the one it now holds. At first, Halo was just supposed to be a way for us to build a bit of a viewership and to hone my commentating skills (on that note, if you want a good laugh, be sure to look up one of my first videos... ouch), but it soon became the central concern of the channel. Staff was fluctuating a lot at the beginning, and although I had support and some help from friends, I was the one producing all the content. However, when Halo 4 came around, we really united as group and pushed the channel forward. Since then, we've added to our group two others; H2AK0N and GryffinGuy007 who've been a great help since, and I've got to say that I'm very proud of how far we've managed to come. Anyways, the main point of this is to thank everyone. Through Halo 4 I've met some amazing people, made some new friends, learned a lot, and was blessed with a great community of viewers. Overall, I just want to say thank you to my OnlineKnights team members, both old and new, thank you to my friends in the Halo Community (Yes that means everyone here on the forum too) and thank you to all our viewers on youtube. You're all amazing, and here's to another great year!" I'd gleefully write my own 'thankyou' block of text, but uh... well... what he said. Anyway, thanks for reading this entire thingy. I'll just slip in below a video that sums all this up without the effort of reading the above. You've probably read everything up to this point, so there's no point in the video. I could have just displayed it up the top, but I'm just evil. I suggest watching the video anyhow, just so you can get all this information engraved into your tiny lil' brains. :3 SUBSCRIBE!
  3. I am calling on anybody to play for some Halo just for fun! I'd like to make like to have a full party cause it'd be alot more fun.
