  1. I was playing Halo 2 LASO around 3:00 AM on the Gravemind mission when the ODST title update came up and took me out of the game. After I downloaded it, I went back to continue my LASO run. I went to the playlist and went to Resume, but it said I was on Mission 1: The Heretic, instead of Mission 12: Gravemind. I called customer support and cleared my local saves to try and get the cloud save to fix my problem. That did not work, as it still says I must start from Mission 1: The Heretic. The strange part is that it still says I've completed 11/15 missions. I've put a video on my Showcase to back up what I'm saying as well. If anyone can help me out in any way possible, I would be very thankful.
  2. Over on IGN Max Hoberman, Presdent of Certain Affinity, revealed the final map for Halo 2: Anniversary: Warlock (though we knew that it was one of the remakes already). The map, now known as Warlord in H2A, features a brooding green atmosphere reminiscent of Shatter from Halo 4, but this one seems to be a little creepier (2spooooky4erryone). Screenshot of Warlord. H2A's Warlord is a remake of Halo 2's Warlock, and that map is actually a remake of Wizard from Halo: CE Aside from minor map tweaks (adding more cover, stepping stones to higher ground, fixing weapon spawns, and color coding bases for Multi Team) the map has not been changed dramatically. Max Hoberman does say that a Sentinel Beam (which has increased damage compared to Halo 2's) now spawns in the center of the map, and acts as one of the map's power weapons. The visuals have also been increased dramatically (obviously). It is unknown whether or not Warlord will feature a dynamic element. Warlord Map screenshots and concept art: IGN then revealed the new names for some of the remakes. Now we can see the full list of remakes + their respective new names (there are only 6 maps in H2A): Warlock (Warlord) Ascension (Zenith) Coagulation (Bloodline) Sanctuary (Shrine) Zanzibar (Stonetown) Lockout (Lockdown) IGN will be hosting map walkthroughs of all the H2A maps with Max Hoberman in the coming weeks.   3. Please, with all of my heart and nostalgia. I am begging for a way to join user-created Custom Game lobbies in Halo: TMCC and Halo 5. A list of open and available lobbies for user-created game types would be at the top of my list of wishes. Please 343i, say it will be so! I want to join private super bouncing lobbies, hide n seek, cat n mouse, Trash Compactor & other creative user-created game types! I don't want matchmaking to be the only way to join a public game. And trying to find friends/friends of friends to invite to a private custom game is a huge pain when all it takes is a custom game 'server list' of available user created lobbies. There are so many fun game variants created by users! Please give us a way to host custom games and have them available to the public for people to join.   5. Today, Eurogamer confirmed that the Day 1 Update for the Master Chief Collection has shrunk from the usual 20GBs to 15GBs. Dan Ayoub also states that the TU is available to pre-download if you pre-ordered the digital copy (it seems you need to enable Auto-Download to get the update though). This allows players to play the game the moment HMCC launches: Multiplayer and all. Also, yesterday, Halo & Xbox channels on YouTube uploaded some HMCC launch trailers. UPDATE: Bravo says that Warlord will NOT have a dynamic element: "No interactive element on Warlord. A few things were experimented with, but nothing stuck, and in the end it was confirmed that a good ol’ fashion match of 4v4 Warlock CTF cures any ailment."   8. So what do I want for the Master Chief Collection? So far we only know that if the collection is released it will include the campaigns of Halo 1, 2 , 3 , and 4, there have been no supposed leaks about this including what would happen with the multiplayers. What I would want for the Campaigns: Keep all the non game breaking bugs, I want to go off map and do what I had done in the old games. Also they MUST keep all the easter eggs while still adding a few more. They need to keep the weapons to their own game, they need to keep the HUD to their own games as well. What I would want for Multiplayer: Halo 2 multiplayer, I feel they need to keep it to one game's multiplayer, remaking 4 games multiplayer would just divide the community in 4 and then into 5 when halo 5 drops. Definitely not a halo 4 multiplayer remake. Although I want it to be based on halo 2 they should add some of the gametypes from 3 and up, so in other words I want stockpile, Race, VIP, Grifball, Dominion, and Ricochet (no invasion because that was in reach sorry) Gravity hammer (for grifball) Modding support. Forge Maps from all the games, at least 5 from each (one needs to be Blood Gulch) Dual wielding! Sprint (maybe, I am not opposed but I am not strongly desiring it either) No custom loadouts! These are my Thoughts but what are yours?
