  1. Have you ever wanted to see a real life energy sword? Well look no further! Ok, so maybe it's not humming with energy but just look at that detail! This energy sword was replicated by Tony Swatton, a Master blacksmith. (In case you didn't notice) This sword is made of steel and measures in at 2 inches wide, and 39 inches long. The blade had to be heated to 600 degrees Farenheit to achieve that beautiful blue and purple color. Find out more in his video below: http://youtu.be/ROctQjQP_HQ
  2. Hello Halo 4 gamers. I am an original halo veteran started from one and continued on to beat each game. over the course of halo i noticed something and it really became apparent to me when halo 3's special armor (Katana) came out. as far as close quarter weapons go you have your shotgun (spartan) scatershot (permethian) and in halo 3 mauler (brute). then there was the Gravity Hammer (brute) as well as the Energy Sword (Elite). my question is this, do you think that there should be a CQC weapon like the sword for Spartans (UNSC) I would love your feedback as well as ideas on the matter. ~ Have a great day from RobTheRedRanger
  3. Gametag: vDukie Map: Mongoose Arena Gametype: Joust Recommended Players: 8-16 (Two teams of four or greater) The Mongoose Arena is essentially a big box with two indentations on opposite sides. The indentations are blocked off with one way shields and it is where the jousters spawn. 2 players of each team will spawn inside, next to a mongoose, one will drive and the other will joust with either a sword or a gravity hammer. The remainder of the team will spawn in the arena, inside glass covers as spectators. To prevent camping inside the spawn, a Heavy Mancannon will spawn at 30 seconds and push the players out. 1 kill = 10 points. 10 points to win. 10 rounds. I will try to post a video/screenshots when I get my Dazzle working, but till then give it a try. Enjoy!
  4. So I've noticed something. I have never gotten a sword in big team battle even once. It isn't just that though. I have never been killed by one, nor have I ever even seen one on the map or in anyones hands since the game came out. Big team battle players dont get to use the sword. Then I was reminded of something 343 said before the game came out: "The items that spawn in ordnance drops are going to be set specifically so that nothing that doesnt make sence for the map will spawn" So this means that they determined that the sword being a close quarters weapon in their eyes would no make sence on big team battle maps and therefore players will be denyed access to it.....even though the gravity hammer which requires you to get even closer is still available......and the shotgun...... I want my sword on Ragnerok please.
  5. So I was playing today and I noticed that when you have the sword equipped and then sprint the cross hair vanishes. This is annoying because the sword only functions with the cross hair when your sprinting towards an enemy. Thoughts?
