  1. Sure this is down to opinion, but which Halo Soundtrack do you believe is the best? I only recently began paying more attention to the music in each different game, and there's some nostalgia behind them all. Some of them are powerful, well-composed pieces that really define Halo, and war all together. Please vote for your favourite album in the poll. Also feel free to share your thoughts on each track and any favourites you have. Thank you. Edit: I am referring to the full albums, not an individual track.
  2. Heyy, welcome back to the Weekly Site Poll! Poll 57 - 'Favorite Halo Armor' - is here if you'd like to read the responses, or post a late reply. This week we're gonna bust a move, and get jiggy with it down on the dance-floor... What are your favorite music tracks in Halo? The next Weekly Site Poll will be posted whenever, maybe. Feel free to suggest the topic for the NEXT Weekly Site Poll in your response! SD, out!
  3. Halo 5's main theme has been revealed and it brings back the iconic Gregorian monk chant. Kojima Jinnouchi the composer of Halo 5: Guardians bring's the main theme of the game back to it's original roots by including the oh so familiar monk chant. The track titled "Halo Canticles" was uploaded by youtuber HALO Memes. Here's the track so have a listen. Halo 5: Guardians releases on October 27th where players will get to experience the rest of the soundtracks in game. The album will be released on October 30th which will probably include tracks such as bonus soundtracks as well as in the game tracks. What do you think of the Halo 5: Guardians main theme? Leave a comment and let us know. Source: IGN
  4. A few samples of the soundtracks from Halo 2: Anniversary have been revealed, six to be exact, well one full track and 5 samples. You can get an early listen to them now. Image from IGN IGN spoke to with the Audio Director at 343 Industries, Paul Lispson, to reveale these music samples for the game as part of their October's "IGN First". The six pieces of the remastered tracks are up on SoundCloud and they are: The Gungnir Mix - full length track (Mijolnir Mix) Second Prelude (Prologue) Breaking the Covenant (Misha Mansoor's replacement for Breaking Benjamin's "Blow me away") Impart (Impend) Kilindini Harbour (Earth City) Unforgotten Memories (Unforgotten) All of Marty O'Donnell's and Mike Salvatori's original work for Halo 2 will be completely remastered for Halo 2's ten year anniversary. The entire Halo 2: Anniversary soundtrack CD album will be released on November 11th and can be pre-ordered at Amazon now. What do you think of the soundtracks so far? Are you looking forward to hearing the full versions and indeed the rest of the album?
