  1. GTA V: The San Andreas Flight School Update A new update as been been applied to GTA V today. Is it heists?! Please tell me it's heists! Sadly not... What we will be getting this time is some more aerial themed additions. These additions will include new jets in the form of an airforce jet and a passenger airliner, a new helicopter, a new car and new car races and "Patriotic-themed parachute bags" in the colours of your country of choice. A big part of this update is going to be stunts in jets, so some new aerial solo challenges will be added as well. Along with all of this there will be increased payout for completing missions on harder difficulties. And another notable new feature will be increased payout for completing missions with more players. (Is this in preperation for heists?) Anyway, you can see the trailer yourself down here: Although this update might be a tad small it does give us something to do again. And most importantly we'll finally get paid more for doing harder missions and making it a group effort. Dolla bills yo! Does this update make you want to grab the game from your shelf again? Or is it just fine collecting dust up there? Let me know down below! Thank you for reading! Sources: Eurogamer IGN

  3. Hello dedicated readers, welcome to the Weekly News Wrap-Up, the eighth edition, wow I'm really milking this cash cow! Speaking of cash cows, we have quite a few of those in today- What? I'm being told we can't call these games 'cash cows'... Uh-huh... Apparently I'm fired. Welp, there goes my income for my three kids... Enjoy the Wrap-Up! View attachment: WNW 61414.JPG Diablo III Confirmed for 900p on Xbox One; 1080p on PlayStation 4 Diablo III: The Ultimate Evil has become a widely pre-ordered hit making it's way to Current Generation consoles, and naturally the question buyers are asking is what the resolution of the game is? According to IGN.com, the game will run at a confirmed 900p on the Xbox One, and 1080p on the PS4, both at a 60 frames per second lock. This news came from the Senior Producer's own mouth, Julia Humphreys, who only said, "We're prioritizing frame rate." This is surprising considering it wasn't mentioned at E3, which is strange as most developers would bring it up. Of course this is likely due to the apparent partnership with PS4 as the Ultimate Evil Edition only appeared at the Sony conference, and has PlayStation exclusive content. Phil Spencer also responded over Twitter, making it apparent that the resolution wasn't his choice and he never spoke to Blizzard personally on the matter. View attachment: Diablo-3-Reaper-of-Souls-Soundtrack.jpg What do you think, is it disappointing that it's only 900p on Xbox One, or is it okay for the 'next' generation to put out a 900p game? Discuss below! Grand Theft Auto V Announced for PC, Xbox, and PlayStation 4 The Current Generation version of Grand Theft Auto V had a huge amount of rumors and speculation around it, so it was a given that this confirmation would happen, likely at E3. EscapistMagazine.com reports that the game, which was revealed at E3, will becoming at an unannounced date this fall for Xbox One, PC, and PlayStation 4. It will include visual upgrades, added content, and a bonus video editor for PC users. The game is available for pre-order already, and is likely partnered with PlayStation in some way, as it was revealed at their conference and shows PS4 footage. View attachment: gta-v-.jpg What do you think of the news? Are you excited for GTA V on the newer platforms, enough to pre-order or buy day one? Let me know below! Mass Effect Prequel Teased at E3 Mass Effect has become a pop culture hit in it's latest years, and fans were foaming at the teeth for a new reveal at E3's conference, what they got only managed to tease more, on Mass Effect's account, the set of interviews and concept images can be seen in a short video talking about the move in a new direction. The game is shown to have Krogan-esque figures, and enter a new region of the galaxy currently unexplored. The main character also has beefy armor, looking quite a bit like that of a Cerberus trooper, and follows a galaxy map of sorts, like usual. The N7 logo is also shown off multiple times, as well as vast open terrains mimicing that of the old expansive lands to drive the Mako around, a much missed vehicle. This teaser basically sums up that the game is in development and it won't be long before we see more of it. View attachment: ME-E3.jpg What did you think of the teaser, was it done well enough to entice you further? Debate below, and thanks for reading! Thanks for reading indeed, and I'll see you next time on the Weekly News Wrap-Up!
  4. If you're eager to get your hands on GTA V for the PC, I have some good news for you for next week. GTA V is finally coming for PC, after tons of delays and bumps in the road, PC gamers will at last have their copy to mod and do as they please. GameSpot.com is reporting that the game is on it's final legs and that next week, Rockstar will allow PC gamers to pre-load their copy of GTA V on the PC. They will be able to do this through either Rockstar Warehouse, their own store, or through Steam. The game will require a hefty monitor system and about 65 GB of free install space, so pre-loading isn't a bad idea. The PC version is mostly the same in terms of features, with the exception of mod capability and the new Video Editor mode, but technically, the game will be able to run at 4K, as well as at 60FPS on triple-screen monitors and in shiny 3D. The PC version will officially launch April 14th, unless Rockstar pulls a late April Fools on us and decides to push it back another year. View attachment: gta-5-online.jpg I'm very excited personally to get my hands on GTA V for the PC when the price drops, if you couldn't tell, I love this game, I own the Collector's Edition on my Xbox 360 and re-bought the game for the Xbox One. What are your thoughts on GTA V, will you be picking it up on your PC? Let me know down below! Thanks a ton for reading!
  5. Hey all, Not too sure where to leave this, but lately I've been hella on GTA V. So, I am looking for a crew, preferably to help me clear dailies and carry out heists. Anyone know of a decent, laid back crew I can contact? [filler conversation so this op doesn't look bare] Almost forgot, I play on Xbox One.

  7. GTA V: Heists! Since this game was released GTA V playes have waited for the illusive heist expansion. And now finally, after a year, it is finally here! HEISTS!!! After being delayed multiple times people were starting to lose hope of ever being able to do co-op heists with friends in GTA Online. But when Rockstar confirmed that heists would be coming to GTA Online on the Xbox One and PS4 we all regained faith. But nothing was released with this announcement. Now we have solid proof. In the form of a trailer that is. Trailer down here: The heists will require you to be at least level 12 and you'll need to plan it out thoroughly. The "mission leader" will have to talk with Lester to start setting everything up. He'll pick the crewmates, assign the roles, divide the money and invest the money needed. After that is settled you'll start preperations which is different each heist. For example getting a getaway car. After that you'll need to look for an entrance, forcefully or silently. Then you'll need to find you way into the vault to steal the money again with force or silent. Next comes the grand escape. Escape succesfully to keep the cash and secure your cut. Happy hunting! Initially we'll get more than 20 missions which translates to roughly 20 hours. The missions will be replayable and will hold different rewards for completing it in certain ways. Sadly an exact release date has not been set yet. Rockstar states that we will see heists in GTA Online somewhere early 2015, so it'll still be a while. Are you glad you finally get what you've been waiting for since the release? Let us know down below! Thank you for reading! Source: Eurogamer
  8. GTA V: 1st person mode confirmed Rumours about a GTA V 1st person mode were already going around and now it has been confirmed, GTA V on the Xbox One and PS4 will feature a 1st person mode! As if the 3rd person experience wasn't already enough, you can now cause havoc in San Andreas on eye level. In your face! (quite literally) Nelson, the animation director on GTA V, has stated that theyw ere kicking this 1st person idea around when the 360 and PS3 version was about to release but that the consoles just couldn't handle it. That and they were strapped on time because of the actual release. Now with the more powerful consoles they can finally implement it. “We’ve always been in interested in it, but it’s never really been an option for us, I don’t think we could’ve put it in the last-gen version because we were too busy making the game. We were too busy working on our third-person controls and the missions.” “We were out of memory on the old consoles for animations. We were constantly fighting about what we could have and what we could still push in, and what other areas you could steal memory back from – audio, art, maps – for animation. So we could’ve added all the atoms to make a first-person mode to the level we wanted. We weren’t sure the world would have held up the way we would’ve wanted it to.” ~Nelson Take a look at how it will look down here: This is not the only thing that will be implemented in to Xbox One and PS4 versions of the game. Along with the 1st person mode will be animals in the online world, denser forests, more people and cars on the street, the ability to transfer your last gen character and much better graphics. All of this available on November 18th! Has the 1st person mode convinced you to buy thet game again for the Xbox One and or PS4? I'm certainly going to Let us know down below! Thank you for reading! 11. GTA V: Last Team Standing Update It's been awhile since the last GTA V update, so today we get a new one! Heists? Heists?! HEISTS?!?!?! ...Nope This one will be all about Last Team Standing which is a Gamemode similair to Team Deathmatch, but all players get one life each round. Last team alive wins, hence the name Last Team Standing. To fit the name Rockstar has added 10 new Last Team Standing missions to the game for us to compete in. If you don't like them that much you can now create them yourself as the Gamemode has been added to the mission creator. Be creative! Rockstar might add your created mission to the playlist! No GTA update has gone without new weapons and vehicles, and this one is no different. Stop by Ammunation to get your hands on the Heavy Shotgun and Marksman Sniper Rifle. Excellent tools to take care of business... If you get where I'm going at. The new vehicle additions include two motorcycles, the Shi tzu Hakuchou sports bike and the LCC Innovation chopper. Along with those is the Lampadati Furore GT if you're more of a car person. But who wants cars if you can have a Chopper!? Furthermore there are tons of new clothes, helmets and masks to buy including gloves and a bullet proof helmets to protect your beautiful face from bullets and other things that might harm it... Permanently... Will this get you back to GTA V? Let us know down below! Thank you for reading! Sources: Rockstar Games Eurogamer

  14. I know I mentioned only PC, but my mistake, for next-gen and PC. Sorry for the inconvenience. :3 So, as most of you all know, GTA V (Grand Theft Auto V) is coming to Next-Gen/PC. People have been waiting since the first release to get it on Next-Gen (when they were known to public) and PC, which will bring in hopefully more profit. People have been discussing if Rockstar will be worth it in the long run, but that doesn't matter. All I want you all to do, is discuss what do you want with the upcoming release with PC, what would you like to see with all this next-gen power? I'm sure they are going to add a lot more, since they have this known power in their hands. Keep it clean and positive mmmk? ALSO, explain why you want this and what they do if a "DLC". EDIT: I know this is late, but didn't find a topic for it, so why not make one?

  18. GTA V will be bigger than ever New facts have been released about the newest title in the GTA series And these new facts will blow you away So without further ado, here are the newly released facts GTA V will be bigger than Red Dead Redemption, San Andreas and GTA IV combined Honestly, i don't even know how this will be possible San Andreas was huge And the worlds of Red Dead Redemption and GTA IV weren't exactly tiny either So if this is really true, i'll be at a loss of words The game will have 3 main protagonists Michael - A retired bank robber who gets sucked back into crime Trevor - A career criminal and drug addict Franklin - A 20-something street hustler You'll be able to switch between those 3 people at nearly any time Sometimes they'll work together on missions, during which you can switch back and forth from character to character depending on which part of a given mission you feel like doing Each character has his own personality, skill set, and group of friends to interact with And the ones you're not controlling will go off and do their own thing The characters will be able to form friendships with certain people, but there will be no romance You're in the same world as GTA IV and Liberty City So you may see some familiar faces along the way Just no major characters like Nico Bellic And no characters from the PS2-era There will be randomized, dynamic missions If you played Red Dead Redemption, these may feel somewhat familiar This time around, there will be hitchhikers, muggers, dead bodies and more The game will have an economy According to Rockstar, you won't be able to buy properties but there will be loads of other stuff In my opinions, these news are pretty cool Never before have i seen more than 1 main protagonist in a GTA game So i'm excited to see how that will play out I'll just go ahead and assume that these characters will play very differently Source: Kotaku
