  1. Now, this map was made way back last year around July. On Halo 2 Anniversary. I liked the map, as well did others. However, with MCC's terrible stability. It didn't seem to last. Now, with Halo 5 out and the servers that beat MCC to a pulp. I decided it was time to do a map, however I decided I wanted to do a remake. Of Salient. Mainly because I never could do Scrimmage... Here's a preview of the sketch of the map, as I've shown you all before: Now, before I show you the make of the map and everything. Let's go over the details. The map supports 2-8 players. Medium Sized map, Breakout oriented. Strongholds, CTF, and Slayer are all compatible on this map as well. It is symmetrical. There are also named locations throughout the map. Everywhere you go, has a callout. Featured Weapons on the map: 4x Frag Grenades, 2x Plasma Grenade, 4x Splinter Grenades, 2x DMR (0x Spare ammo), 2x BR (1x Spare ammo), 1x Hydra Launcher, 1x Active Camouflage, 1x Flag. However in game modes that are NOT Breakout, the following are available: 4x Frag Grenades, 2x Plasma Grenades, 4x Splinter Grenades, 2x DMR (1x Spare ammo), 2x BR (2x Spare ammo), 2 Storm Rifle, 2x Boltshot (2x Spare ammo), 1x Scattershot. However, unlike the previous Salient. There is gadgets, terminals in fact. However they do not do anything, they are merely appearance/decoration. Alrighty, now that that's all clear. Let's do a map overlook of the finalized product: Overlook Blue Yard Red Outside Blue Spawn Red Sneaky Bunker Red Spawn/Decoy Here below is a video of me, just meandering the map. Showing you a few details I could not capture in picture. Enjoy! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cIYtTeAYWtc
  2. Hello. As title says.. I'm looking for anyone that still has Xbox 360 and halo 4 who will be making time to help give a feedback for my game map and its mode. Basically, I'm just looking for a test players. The custom map is: Ragnarok VE1 (Slang for Version Edition One) it'll have more heavies and units. Game type: Infinity Slayer CS ER1 (slang for Edition Revision One) it'll have very better setup for everyone involved. Send me a message if you want to help test the mode and map. Note: I'm deaf, so you gotta use thread or message me on XBL. My GT is CassandraSaturn hope to see you on soon!

  5. So basically, Nazi Zombies for Halo 4 was created by 'AnEpicPotatoe'. You can find the gametype and a map made by him. It requires 12-16 players where 5 players start as zombies and the rest are separated into 2 teams of humans. The zombies can jump but walk slowly. They need to break through windows to infect the humans. The humans need to survive for as long as they can but can't jump. The humans start off with magnums. Humans' shields recharge, but zombies' don't. When a human gets enough points, they can call in an ordnance drop. If they choose grenades, these can be thrown at circular plates above the doors which will reflect them to destroy the doors and move through. Otherwise, they can take whatever other options they have. It is really fun and I highly suggest checking it out. Also, try making some new maps for it, remember to put 'NZ_' in front of your map name. For example, 'NZ_Ascension' (they don't have to be real zombie maps). Thank you for reading and I hope you check this awesome custom game out. I did not make the gametype or any map for it, I'm just promoting it. I really hope this becomes a big thing because it deserves recognition. Thanks again for reading.
  6. I have been getting a lot of questions on how I get my maps really smooth without magnets and here is the answer http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=npTwV9SfQko
  7. This is my Need For Speed map I made. Its a Flood game. Flood are the Cop's and the Defender's are the Robber's. You can't get out of your vehicle, because theirs kill zones on the ground. So the flood have to push the Defender's of the road to kill them. When a Defender die's he becomes a Cop. You have to survive 4 minutes to win. Max players 9- 1 Flood 8 Defender's My Gamertag: CommanderWolf16 Map: Need For Speed Gametype: Hot Pursuit Here's my video showing gameplay from it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FazhB19Vme8
  8. Gamertag: Seymour1500 Map: Facility Gametype: Lab Rats Description: Facility is an indoor, free-roam infection map, meant for the maximum amount of players, which is not specified and is subject to change. Since the map is quite large, it shouldn't be played with less than six players. The gametype for the free-roam version of this map is Lab Rats, although there is a Slender Mini-game variant in the Mini-game section labeled "Meltdown". Inside the giant factory, there are many rooms, each with a different balance of long and short sight lines and different strategies.
  9. Name of Map: Regenesis Canvas Map: Ridgeline Link to MAP: http://www.halo.xbox...etails/30844359 Recommended Player Count: 10 Game Variant: Slayer Gamertag: sheesh1991 Alright, so this'll be the first time I'm posting in this thread. I've posted this map before down in the Forge World forum in the Competitive Maps subforum. It drew a bit of attention, since it's not your everyday map you see going around these days. Now, this map is different from most maps in that it sits outside the normal boundaries of a map. What map? No, not Forge World. I can't stand how the forge system works in FW. An example of what I mean is that you place an object down using the Nudge Tool options, save the map, and come back the next day after you start up another session to find that the object has moved from its original position. So, you end up having to grabbing the object and watch it move back into its original position. That's true for every object you place in FW. But there is one map where all objects STAY in their original positions. I need to tell every Forger on here that Ridgeline is the NEW Forge World. "What the hell are you talking about?" you might be asking. Well, shortly after the Anniversary map pack came out, I downloaded it and decided to do some pancam screenshots outside of the maps. While I was pushing teleporters outside of Ridgeline and I went through, I fully expected to instantly die like I normally do. But I didn't. In fact, I was completely safe. Turns out, there's a rather large safe area RIGHT OUTSIDE of the Ridgeline soft kill map boundary. I thought it was cool. Then I had the idea to map out the kill and soft kill boundaries of the safe area. It turns out it's a pretty sizeable V-shaped area. Well, using the limited map building resources Ridgeline has to offer, I got straight to building. I barely had enough of a budget left to lay down an equal amount of weapons on both sides of the map. And Regenesis was born. But I couldn't use the whole of the safe area with the limited resources I have, but the map span's the whole of the V-shape safe area with three separate bases. Red base and the Central base are both symmetrical, while Blu Base is assymetrical. This map supports three types of gamet variants: Assault, BTB Team Slayer, and CTF. I've also created a custom gametype for this map that I think some would enjoy, but I recommend just plain old Team DMRs for this map. But here's the gametype anyway: http://www.halo.xbox...etails/25346246 Also, I should note that I have been unable to get this map tested. I've asked around on a few sites if people would be willing to help me test this map out, but none have ever responded. So, I apologize in advanced if the map does not work or if it's incredibly laggy. That's why I recommend that this map should be played with regular Team DMRs with 10 players. Now, here are some screenies for you guys: Map Description: "Once used by the Covenant as a training facility for Elite's, these structures are now used as listening outposts by the UNSC." Red Base Overview: A note; when going off of the man cannon, YOU HAVE TO BE PUSHING FOREWARD ON YOUR LEFT THUMBSTICK!!! Otherwise you will hit the lip at the end of the landing pad and you will die. The other alternative to get to Central Base is through the teleporter at the back of Red Base. Blue Base Overview: A note again; same as above! You have to push foreward on your left thumbstick if you want to survive going off the man cannon. And same as with Red Base, you can get to Central Base through the teleporter inside the tower at the furthest point in Blue Base. Central Base Overview: Central Base Internal Overview: A note with this screenie; when standing where this screenshot was taken, there will be a drop in framerate when looking out at the greenlight or the lamp post. But that's about it. So, this will be my first map submission for review for matchmaking. It's fine by me if it doesn't make it, but all I really care is if people like it. I may not be a forger, but when I forge, I'm a prefectionist. Once I get forging, I usually don't stop until my perfectionist self is satisfied with the outcome. So, tell me what you guys think.
  10. From the album: Cooliest Album ever

This is a picture I took of the map called "Lost Miners" you can find it in my file share on Halo Reach. I made it about 6 months ago and I am still trying to fine tune it. My GT is Gwam Lam btw. Enjoy. Works with zm_outbreak Game type. Still has some tweaks to work out though.
