  1. Hey guys I'm getting a roxio capture card soon and was wondering what machinimas i could do. Im not 100% good video editor but I can do some things. I dont know how to add effects like following a person with a real image of a pizza box in his hands but I never really looked that up. Anyways what are your ideas for a machinima. I would love to hear what you guys would like to do. Let's keep this Halo related. I dont want to do some montages or pro snipes or whatever the hell Call of Duty has. I want Halo machinimas. Strictly Halo. I have to make it do-able too. That means I don't want un-realistic stuff as far as map editing or viewpoints. I would love to see some plot twists though. Anyways post your ideas below and be sure to check out my minecraft server below in my signature!
  2. I know this has nothing to do with pertaining to anything and that is why i am posting here on general discussion.... But this is Hilarious. Make sure to watch whole video and don't forget to like my profile! xD Have Fun and hope you all have a good day on the forums. Just alittle something to cheer everybody up. Sorry For the profanity. Viewer Discretion Is Advised. =D
  3. Theater Mode is a very big thing in games. Many people make videos to show off or to make Machinimas. I am a very big fan of Machinimas and if I got the chance to make something like that, it would be amazing. I would also love to just upload videos of me doing cool things like a Killionaire. PLEASE VOTE IN THE POLL UNDER THIS MESSAGE!!!
  4. What is your favorite Youtube Video? Post the link and title here!!!
  5. Projet Alpha is a series of videos covering Halo glitches and easter eggs, organized by map. Projet Alpha - Winter Contingency (For those who can't see the video on YouTube due to copyright, here is an other link : Projet Alpha - Winter Contingency on Dailymotion) Glitches and easter eggs tutorials available on Halo Création (http://halocreation.org).
  6. It never really occurred to me how much this video told until it was brought to my attention again recently. The video clearly shows the world Master Chief is or could possibly be on and its massive. There are tons of Forerunner structures and a lot of green areas in the shield world. One of the first important things I found was the moving object at around 0:24. If you pause it at the right time you can see something triangular or pyramidal flying at a high speed with a vapor trail which could possibly be the escape craft used to get off the Forward Unto Dawn or knows? There are a lot of Sentinels and protectors of all different shapes and sizes, some even resemble dolphins at around 1:04. These happen to inspecting what look like drop pods and there are a few there. Throughout the video it is shown that Chief is in a large area with lots of Space to roam, or so it seems. Clearly the story will be linear and will not have you allowed to roam around wherever you want, it will probaby be like Halo 3 and Reach where there are gigantic levels in the campaign but you have to follow a certain path and most of it is scenery that is blocked off. I believe the concept art of the ship from outer space and the Sentinels inspecting it is concept art for cinematics. Then around 1:09 you see large metal things with thrusters which I believe are larger Sentinels or protectors but am open to the possibility of them being ships of some sort. HOWEVER I also notice there at the bottom left what I think is more than one figure. It's definitely not certain whether that's just what the piece of metal whomever (most like John) is standing on is shaped like or there are other figures there but I noticed it as I was going through the video slowly. I believe it is just one more figure on his left and the one's on his right are scrap metal. Or it could all be scrap metal I don't know for sure. Sticking with the same scene you could also see fire on the left indicating something chaotic might be going on along with the groaning sound of the video. Last but not least everybody sees the part after the Halo 4 logo comes up with the shaking camera and a moving image and a big red light. This has been said to resemble a Precursor and I agree to some extent. I could believe this would be a Precursor with more proof. There aren't many Precursors left and to me it'd feel too early to introduce Precursors but if you freeze the video at certain points you can make out some features of a tall creature that kind of resembles Alien. Post theories and ideas of what you think is to come in Halo 4 based on the video.
  7. Okay guys, I decided to make a new account, solely based on my thoughts about Halo 4. Sorry about the sound and the quality. I will make a video, better explaining my thoughts, with better sound and quality everything. This is just my first time doing this. By the way, my next video, won't have the sound. I didn't realize the sound gets louder untill I uploaded the video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HNCIAn2JEJQ
  8. Hey guys, I've been seeing a lot of new people joining the site and constantly having to ask everyone how to do everything. Instead of having every member having to ask how to find their way around the site, I thought it would be a good idea to make a tutorial video. Below, post things that I should include in the video if this is okay with everyone. Thanks for reading and being such an awesome community. God bless you, @RANMAN10
  9. PREFACE: Upon the release of CEA I'm sure there are quite a few of you out there who have been seeing/doing tricks and glitches in the game. I mean, they're fun and interesting, right? Well, I know of great place for you guys to find tricks and glitches to try in anniversary, and to catch up on your tricking lore. It's called the Halo Stunting Video Archive, and can be found here: http://www.youtube.com/h1stunting There you can find over 280 Halo: Combat Evolved tricking/glitching videos, spanning all the way back to the first real "trick" video ever released, , which was released 01/30/2002 by Randall Glass. I keep the channel up to date with the latest tricking/stunting videos and try to create handy playlists that you can use to find certain "sets" of videos on topics which you are interested in (Like ) Check it out, and if you like what you find click the subscribe button to stay up to date with the latest Halo 1 tricking videos. If you want to help out let me know. You can help me find videos, update video descriptions, and make playlists for the channel. There's always more work to be done, and I would certainly appreciate any help you can offer. Enjoy. -Mator FAQ: Stunting? Stunting is synonymous with tricking and glitching. The word was first used by Halo (PC) multiplayer trickers/glitchers in 2004-2005. You'll see I use the words interchangeably when talking on forums. This is because they really all (generally speaking) refer to the same sort of phenomenon, oddities in video games. However, when you get into the nitty-gritty they are different (like apples and oranges). How many tricks/glitches do you think there are there in Halo: Combat Evolved? The answer to this question really depends on what you consider a separate trick/glitch. Using the same general method you can produce hundreds tricks in different areas of the game, but does that make each application of the method a new trick? The answer to this question will help define the answer to the "How many?" question as something between 1000 (considering only fairly unrelated phenomenon tricks) and 10,000+ (if you consider getting into each and every rock in campaign and multiplayer a separate trick). Why did you make the archive? I made the Halo Stunting Video Archive because I love Halo tricking and because I had seen so many great videos disappear over the years. So I decided to take the initiative and make an archive where all such videos can be found and preserved (for you and those who follow!) There's so many videos! Where do I start? You can just go random if you want, that's always an easy solution. Or you can try to start with some of the really old videos. Check out the playlists for , , , , , and . These videos are mainly from before 2005, and will give you a good background on some classic tricks. Once you're through with those check out , , , and some of the more modern video playlists ( , TFA, Ladders, etc.). 10. I think they should bring an option in custom games to drive in fps like this mod for halo 3.
