Hi, I'm Commander Raptor Just a fan of the greatest Halo game of all so far... Halo: Reach. Although I have made some analysis to this game and discovered a great many things. I've been in clans and led a few along the way. Let me explain to you where it all began. In a clan called United Legion PMCs (Private Military Contractors) I tried to add some real life tactical formations and tactics to the game and to my training operations. Some did actually work to excellent results and others got the entire team obliterated. But during those analysis I discovered the few problems that almost every Halo players have. Here they are; - Smart Field Movement (SFM) - Patience - Bloom control Those are only three of the many more. SFM is extremely important. Imagine yourself in Hemorrhage and you want to make your way to the enemy territory so you head out in a straight line IN THE OPEN and once you cross a hill or a rock Boom! you're dead by a sniper, a DMR shooter or anything. Plan your moves. Think. Smart = Be smart. Don't rush into things without thoughts. Take your time. Field = Look around you. Know where the enemy is at. Scout and recon around locations just to see and locate targets and choke points that you don't want to be caught into. Movement = When all your preparations are made then move on to your plan. Bring a few teammates from the game chat if you want. Make this everyone's victory. Patience is very important as well. Knowing when to attack an enemy and when not to. Also to always wait for your shields to recharge when depleted. Going in the firefight without a recharged armor won't do you good, a single lucky shot to the head and you're gone. Bloom control is about not spraying and preying your weaponry. Use control over these and guaranty every shot hits your target. All these traits can be taught in our ODST Clan. Join now! Hello this is one of the 2 leaders of the halo reach ECHEL0N Clan. We were once a decent clan but ove4 the summer everything fell apart and now we are only about 4-5. Comedy aside, this is in-fact a recruitment post for a little Halo 4 Clan called the RFA, or Risen From Ashes. We are a militarized Halo 4 clan currently re-recruiting as some members left a little bit ago. We follow a military code, with ranks and such, so that's fun. We aren't all serious, as most of us like to kick back, but don't expect us to be easy all of the time. If you want to join, or perhaps purpose an Alliance, just send me a message on Xbox live. There are a few rules though: You must be 14 or older, if you aren't, and you still wish to join, you will be "Tested" on your maturity levels. If you don't pass the "Test" you won't be given a second chance. you must have a Microphone. If your microphone ever breaks, then we won't just kick you out no questions asked, but we do expect a microphone, but no Kinect stuff, that's just irritating. Respect your commanding officers and fellow recruits, but make sure that you don't look like a **** to the other members too though. If you are playing any game, and any member of a considerable rank invites you to play Halo 4, and you see other members jump on, it's probably best that you join. I could post more, but i'm tired. 25 year old relatively new to game, looking for clan of mature gamers committed to improving skills, competition, and generating a community of friends. Deciding to get relatively serious about the gaming community (best escape for my mind amidst life tragedies) and more or less need help learning the ropes and getting better. I am looking to start a new clan from scratch. Now I realize the phrase, "From Scratch" seems intimidating, but it really isn't. Now, I'm not bragging, but I have a very vast array of clan experience and leading experience. If I can work with someone with equal experience or just someone who is willing to gain more experience. I've led multiple successful clans, I've also worked my way up the rank ladder in many clans to make it to the top. I wish to make a new style clan that will make an impression on those who join and those who don't join. Even though I have many ideas involving the shape and style of the clan, I have completely decided anything. SDAS Earth, Leader/Founder of the Shadow Assassins (Since 2008) BACKGROUND/QUALIFICATIONS: Hello Everybody. My name is SDAS Earth. I am and have been the leader of the Shadow Assassins for 5, going on 6, years. I'm 18 so if you do the math, I started when I was 13. We played Halo 3 for about a year then Halo Reach was released. I started becoming a serious gamer around this time. I didn't start my clan like most people do. Usually people make there own clans because they want to be there own boss. I, as a young squeaker, decided I wanted to learn the ropes and study what makes clans work and fail. I wanted to design the perfect clan. A cohesive clan of skill, but more importantly, knowledge. HOW DO I RUN MY CREW: I've ran my crew the same way because I feel my method works. As leader I never wanted a clan so big that I couldn't know my members on a personal level. By keeping my clan small, I've been able to develop great relationships with my members and they have no problem coming to me when they have an issue. This makes your experience here much more comfortable. You truly understand how important you are individually in the clan. MY PREVIOUS PROJECT: I've currently been working on a very successful Crew on GTA V since October 5th, 2013 that had been promoted by Rockstar Games on there Crew Cut on SocialClub. My success there has been great, but i miss the competitive side that Halo brings. WHY AM I HERE: I'm hear today looking for fresh faces to re-construct my Shadow Assassins. My of my members have stayed around working with me on GTA V. Before when I was clanning, most of my recruitment had been from meeting people online. I been in the gaming business for quite a long time. I wish to find members who need little to no training in order to jump-start the clan again and get working. SHADOW ASSASSINS RULES: 1. Wear our colors, emblem, and service tag at all times and with pride. 2. Be involved with the clan as much as you possibly can. 3. Understand my philosophy. Hey there. I am a very laid back player. I've been playing Halo for 3 years now. I play on both Reach and 4. My k/d is bad ... 0.55. Yeah. But I can get 15-20 kills when I'm on point, so I'm not totally worthless. I'm looking for a clan that won't put me through boot camp or make me change my gamertag. I just wanna keep having fun. I play mostly BTB and sometimes Capture the Flag. I'm extremely loyal. I live in the USA on the west coast. I don't mind changing armor colors or my emblem. IMPORTANT: right now I do NOT own a mic. I have headphones and I'm great at carrying out orders. I play Halo Reach at least once a day and just want some friends to play with.

I believe in organization and coordinated attacks. I want to play with people at or above my skill level, and go over map positioning, map strategy, etc, AS A TEAM, so we're all on the same page.
