  1. I am almost finished making a new flood map (Just need to make some minor changes but the map is currently playable with very few issues). The map is called Isolation, I will have details below. If you are interested in playing on it go to my file share (its not on my file share yet) or send me a message and ill invite you when I'm playing (GT: WoodChuck5562). Its a dynamic map and there are three parts to it. The map was built on Impact. There is also a game mode that goes with it. Here is information about each peice of the map: 1st- The survivors start in a circular room with flood spawning in an elevator shaft on the side of the room. There are warthogs and mongooses in this room but they will be useless until later. A small hallway leads off from the room and there is a "launcher" at the end of the hallway. When the portal opens after 3 minutes you will be able to launch yourself to the next section of the map. 2nd- There is a small outpost on a large meteor which you are able to move around with low gravity. Once inside the outpost you will be able to grab some shotgun ammo and have the option to take a teleporter to the next section. (you will be able to teleport back this time) 3rd- You will be teleported to a small room in a medium sized satellite. There are two hallways which lead off into different rooms. One hallway is short and leads to a large room and the other ends in a small room with a powerweapon you can pick up. This hallway is long and in the middle of it there is a window you get onto the outside of the satellite on. Ive tested this map several times and if you have enough people it can be fun. Its challenging surviving the first 3 minutes. You will need to work together to be able to do it, but once the portal opens it will be easier to survive but not too easy. It will take some practice to get good at the map. Please leave a comment if you are interested in the map. I also have a gamemode that goes with it: Isolation Flood.   3. If you’ve read any of the Halo books, keep reading. If you haven’t, stop reading, go buy all of them, read them, then come back. Or keep reading. First off. Contact Harvest: The beginning of the Human-Covenant War. SPOILERS TO HALO 3 AHEAD WARNING WARNING The book follows Staff Sargent Avery Johnson, and I don’t need to tell you guys who that is… r.i.p. It starts with the UNSC struggle against the Insurrection, but Johnson soon encounters the covenant. I think it would be a good game, and we’ve all wanted to play as Sargent Johnson. It would be a neat game, and yeah, a lot of people might not like it, but a lot of people like me would. It would reveal a lot of the story to people who didn’t read the amazing books. Next off, Halo: The Fall of Reach. The title speaks for itself. Everyone knows about noble team, and SPARTAN B312, but what about FREDERICK-104? Master Chief regretted thinking sending blue team down to Reach, thinking it was the easy task, but if you’ve read Halo: First Strike, you’ll find that all was not lost and glassed. Frederick, Grace, Lee, Kelly, and this other guy survived. The reason they weren’t glassed, is because the mountain where the Spartans were trained is host to a forerunner space-time warping crystal. The covenants are after it, and it would be great to play as Fred. The game would start out when Master Chief deploys blue team down to the surface of Reach. The Pelican in the books was severely injured, forcing all the Spartans to jump out. With 4 KIAs, the rest of blue team goes on to protect Reach. This would be an interesting game, I think. As long as it’s not like Halo: Reach, and you actually follow the plot of the books, all the way from the pelican drop to the destruction of the Unyielding Hierophant, it would be a spectacular game. I hope 343i looks into this. It would be really cool.

GAME: Knock em off OBJECTIVE: Stay on the platforms while also trying to knock of all of your enemys DESCRIPTION: A very fun game where you must try to be the last man inside the hill, everyone starts off with a rail gun and 2 plasma grenades, when you get knocked off you must pick up a concussion rifle and start trying to knock everyone who is still up off.   5. Hello, this is my tribute video for the Halo franchise, from Reach till Halo 4, tell me whatcha think! Aside from this, we all know some people think that Halo 4 was a bum, but to be honest I liked the game and I still have hope that it came be better, also not to mention the campaing was awesome! But, it's 343 first game, just like it was halo CE with bungie. So if Halo 2 was like the best halo from Bungie, then Halo 5 will be the best halo from 343 industries! I have been forging long and hard (No it's not funny!) and i have been producing amazing community maps for me and my friends and all of the community to enjoy, and now for the first time on Halo 4, i have decided to organize a massive public play day! Man cannons everywhere, plenty of ordinance, and lots of action. It's guaranteed a massive crowd pleaser with all of it's vehicles, structures and weapons. This map is the grand finale! General Map rating: (Out of ten) *HIGHEST RATED MAP!* - Gameplay: (10.0) - Appearance: (10.0) - Compatibility: (10.0) - Balance: (9.8 ) Guidelines and Rules: Every successful game night isn't complete with some kind and honest gamers. I wish to bring everyone together, make new friends, and have truly tremendous time! So i am going to lay down some ground rules: - First off, "Respect" I encourage everyone to be nice, not bully, teabag only out of pure comedy, and not to wind people up! - Next Up, "Try not to Swear" It would be really nice if we could control our language, i don't want anyone to feel intimidated, uncomfortable, or awkward, If you do swear i'm not going to 'make you sit of the naughty step'. just try to control yourself - Next up, "Try not to rage" nothing says "AWKWARD!"   11. Ok so i figured here is a fun game to get opinions on favorite game characters. The way this will be is I'll post a match up between two characters, People post who they think would win and why. The next day, the fighter with the most votes will move on to face another character. to keep it regulated i will tally wins. If you'd like to see a character in the Battlezone, PM me.   14. So, my brother had this idea for a game type. He calls it Numbers. The gist of it is this: Everyone starts on individual teams, but not free for all. you need to have the teams When you kill someone, they join your team, like infection. If they are on your team and another team kills them they switch to that team. Keep going until all players are on one team, The game ends. the winner is the person who's starting team has all the players on it. (you'd have to make a note of this.) Game can also end by time limit, team with most players wins. So, what do you think? sound fun? or too complicated?

Sacrifice (may change name if a better one comes up) Concept idea for a new mode Based on the campaign Librarian Memory sequence Concept- A survival mode that doesn’t end till you and your team die from the Flood (The Halo Arrays fire) Description- The Spartan fire team(you decide) enters a Forerunner construct and accidently re activate an ancient ancilla that links all the Spartans to the last moments of the Forerunners memories .The Forerunners have lost and the remaining survivors huddle in their defensive place as the flood pours in. The Halo Arrays are charging and readying to fire. This is not about survival the Forerunner race this is the last fight the end of the forerunners. The Classes The Builder Security- The builder Security an architect of the Forerunner Empire’s defense is also the architect of its people’s demise. The builder Nightborn lost his people, his home, and his way of life… but he hasn’t lost his family and fights for them. (When the Halo Array finally fires he has a holo link with his family showing them disappear like composing then he himself and he flood invading disappear in a flash) Abilities- Construction- Construction allows for the creation of specialized constructs ranging from Turrets to Synthetic Constructs. Construction type Turrets- Nightborn can create a turret a specified local that can be upgraded and repaired/reconstituted by watchers. How upgrading would work- When using the D-pad selection for turret you look at the turret you want to upgrade and press the D-pad selection. Construction type Sentinels-Nightborn can teleport in sentinel class constructs to assist in the defense. How Sentinels would work- Using the D-pad look at any location and a group of sentinels will appear to assist by either repairing defenses or attacking enemy forces same upgrading method works. Construction type Promethean-Nightborn has access to the Didacts elite warrior constructs and can teleport them into assist in the defense. How Prometheans would work/Upgrade- Same as the Sentinels Construction type Weapon pack teleport pad-The builder can teleport in a weapon teleport pad for allies to use to teleport in new weapons. How the teleport pad would work- Players would use the pad to use points they’ve accumulated to get new weaponry or ammo for their current weaponry. How upgrading the teleport pad would work- As the teleport pad is upgraded heavier weaponry will be teleported in. (Weapons would be randomly selected with heavier weaponry being harder to get) Recycling- Anytime there is excess weaponry on the field you can chose to recycle these weaponry for resources needed for construction. The Promethean Hunter-The Promethean named The Hunter was deemed by the Didact too important to join the other Prometheans in composition and instead sent him to fight and coordinate the Forerunner forces in threat of the Floods advance. His title was earned by his ability to ruthlessly kill Flood key targets and escape unseen. He has nothing left in this world but his people and will do anything to protect them. (His death scene involves watching the last of the Forerunner people being vaporized) Abilities- Advanced Camouflage-The Hunter can remain completely cloaked while moving and running and firing (this deception doesn’t mean you can walk into the enemy wave and snipe everything.) The Lifeworker- The Lifeworkers were the saviors of all life protecting and evolving it now with the Halo Array the Lifeworkers final project was to save life. The Lifeworker Life given to the Mantle had finished his goal and saved the last of the index now with nowhere left to flee he heals the mortally wounded and injured soldiers helping ease the last of their pain. With nothing left to save he helps the others in the defense helping his fellow Forerunners. (His death scene would be watching his fellow comrades be vaporized in front of him knowing he could do nothing to avoid this fate.) Abilities- Advanced Regeneration Field- The deployable field grants temporary Overshields as the users are in the field once they leave the field the Overshield is gone. The Promethean Warrior- When the Didact was originally attempting to make himself immune to the Flood he experimented on his fellow Prometheans. Fallen born of light, one of the elite Prometheans was among the first to assist the Didact in the experiment. While Fallen was considered a failure his brevet mutation allowed him to have an increased combat efficiency against the Flood. Due to the nature of the Flood the Didact informed Fallen that should the Flood ever attempt to infect him his suits ancilla would begin an immediate self-termination to prevent the flood from using his brevet mutation against the Forerunner people. (His death scene is that a flood forcibly attempts to infect him and he then hears his ancilla telling him goodbye.) Abilities- Telekinetic Push/Pull- Fallen can use his brevet mutation to either pull an enemy towards him or forcibly send an enemy flying away. Using the D-pad you can change the polarity from push to pull. Enemy Types- Flood- Infection Form- Simple infection form easily destroyed Combat Form-These are infected Human and Forerunner people who have been turned against their own people to further spread the infection. Combat forms come in two varieties ranged and melee forms. -Combat Form Ranged- These combat forms use ranged weaponry to attack you. -Combat Form Melee- These human combat forms have lost the ability to use ranged weaponry and has grown blades out of their arms to slice enemies to pieces. Carrier Forms- These combat forms bodies have lost their utility and have become mobile suicide infection spreading Flood bombs. When they detonate they release multiple infection forms. Pure Forms- These Flood are not made from host infection but the very Flood mass itself and have the ability to transform their forms. These types of flood are very deadly and require heavy weaponry to destroy. -Tank Form-This juggernaut is a heaving mass of destruction that will rip anything near it to bloody shreds. -Stalker Form-These annoying pure forms harass and sneak upon you defenses. While less armored and easier to destroy, this type will become bothersome to destroy. -Ranged Form-This form of pure form relies on firing spines at enemies as their only means of offense. -Mortar form- The tripod like Mortar form releases explosive spores at the players position and must be destroyed if defenses are to be made safe. These forms transform directly from ranged forms. Juggernaut Form- This beast of the flood forms is rarely encountered and is incredibly deadly. This form uses whip arms to smash defenses to rubble and splatter defenses to paste. Renegade Forerunner Sentinels- Sentinel-Average sentinel that has fallen under the control of Medicant bias consider it a threat. Sentinel Major- An enhanced version of the average sentinel that takes much more punishment and can dish it out even more. Enforcer Sentinels- These colossal Sentinel constructs are forward shielded and require heavy ordnance to destroy you have been warned.   17. Hi guys and girls, ladies and sirs, dinosaurs and ponies, and all manner of FORGERS. I'm looking at breaking in to the Forge scene, having never, ever actually pressed that option, and I was wondering; What do you wish you had've done first? What do you wish you had've known sooner? What tools/templates have worked best for you, and what should I avoid or not bother with? What did you imagine YOUR first map/game type to look like, and how did that turn out for you? Any other tips or tricks that you can compress and digest would be greatly appreciated!
  18. So I was making the map in Forge with my friend and it requires a specific game type to work with the whole thing properly. But sadly, Halo 4 lacks the awesome gametypes that they had in reach. My Personal favorites that are no longer with us are Infection and Race. I do realize that this is most likely temporary but I would like to know when 343 Industries are going to update the game types for Custom Games at least. And yes, I do know that Flood is basically Infection. But you can ONLY be a Flood which is disappointing.

  20. I am looking for an indie development team for help develop a game for the xbox 360 and pc. The game will be using the: Unreal Development Kit and/or CryTek 3 engine. Jobs include but not limited to: Graphics Designer Map Designer Storyboard Designer Firefight Designer Executive Producer 3d Modeler Scriptor etc.... Think of anything and Ill probably need it. Here are the requirements for the job: Must be 12 years or older Must have some experience with video game design Must be able to cooperate and be able to frequently respond via Skype, email, etc Must not complain however gentlemen arguments are welcome.   21. So, I was wondering, how good or bad you did on your first 3 games. Post score (K/D), map and gametype. Mine are: 22-3 (yeah I was REALLY lucky), Complex, Infinity Slayer. 23-2 (Again, REALLY lucky), Ragnarok, BTB. (I admit I was a little campy and didn't get past the middle of the map with the sniper) 16-5, Adrift, Infinity Slayer. I think on my fourth or fifth game I got a perfection, but I'm not sure. I had something the others didn't, something no one saw, but me. Can you guess? Luck. (lol seriously)
  22. Okay, so I just finished Halo 4 campaign.... The ending was worst thing I have ever seen in my entire life. Gears 3 ending was better than this ****, and that was possibly the most god awful thing I have ever seen. Now this tops it. 343 Industries . I hope that the creative director and the story line writer burn in hell. for the love of god ALMIGHTY like it legit turned into a dramatic piece of ****, wasted 60 dollars on something I can watch on T.V for free. like MC doesn't have feelings and look what you did, he is jerking off at the end because he is too much of a little ***** to say **** YOU CORTANA, like she did work good for her, but like MC doesn't need to become the ***** too, and last but not least.... Making MC talk a lot made me want to blow my **** off, he is not suppose to talk. that is how his character is, you took Bungies god given gift and put inside your ******** for 3 days after eating tacos and burritos for 2 days... letting chronic diarrhea out of all your wide spread ass holes. So **** you all. and have a wonderful day. P.S Do not make halo 5. P.S.S The ending scene after credits is the biggest rip off of transformers. get original you fat lazy ***** P.S.S.S This game is probably going to lead to my death.   23. Dear, 343 Industries, The weapons in multiplayer / matchmaking are completely unbalanced. Every weapon in Halo 4 should be even in damage so that it takes skill to kill another player, not because he/she has a better gun. Some of the weapons are so unbalanced and under powered that you can't even kill anyone with them. I've shot players four times point blank with the scatter gun as well as the shotgun and they would still have their shield up would then turn around and killed me with a DMR. So, 343 Industries, what I am asking of you is will you please review the weapons damage and make them EVEN? Some of the weapons are very weak and under powered. Thank you so much for your time. <3
  24. Is it just me or is every Promethean/forerunner weapon overpowered ? There is a weapon kinda like a sniper that fires 2 shots and each one can kill in one shot. Plus there's another Promethean weapon that requires you to charge it up and fire a blast that is way too strong and can get one shot kills from across the map, especially in Ragnarok . It's ridiculous and sch a game breaker , i actually quit playing for a while yesterday from one shot kills coming from my enemy side one after the other . The light rifle ( pic related also feels over powered I was killing enemy's left right and center with still clips left in the gun and getting kills with only 2/3 head shots. Health also seems a little too short for a halo game. I have an over-shield but it might as well not be there .It's already disappeared from 3 shots on a DMR. Other than that 343 done a great job.And the game is awesome. But i think some weapons need nerfing ASAP

    Thursday, October 25th, 2012. Will be Fishy's 2nd game night. The date is as said at the beginning, the gameplay time is as following: 1:00 PM Central Time (US) to 3:00 PM Central time. We will have a 2-3 hour intermission. After intermission we will be hoping to start the game night up at 6:00 PM (US)(Hopefully) to 10:00 PM. Please sign up on the roster pallet, down below. We will be hosting any game mode, as long as not over 30 minutes (please). if you have a game mode please speak up to let us play it, and try it out.
