25 year old relatively new to game, looking for clan of mature gamers committed to improving skills, competition, and generating a community of friends. Deciding to get relatively serious about the gaming community (best escape for my mind amidst life tragedies) and more or less need help learning the ropes and getting better. Prefer a military styled ordeal, but appropriately managed and relaxed. Prior service USMC, deployment to Helmand Afghanistan (DDay) OEF 2009. In Soldiers For Life we want every member to have fun and have a mature gaming environment. In SFL we want everyone to be above the age or sounding above the age of 13 we currently have 30 memebers for our Halo 4 side and 25 members for Call of Duty Black ops 2. I am currently in a clan called UIR/IFC, which is a Military based Clan which has set guidelines and Discipline and there are alot of other clans out there like us, who are also getting annoyed due to fact there is no Clan Community anymore as it seemed to have died at the end of Halo: Reach. So Please, Introduce a Clan system and it would please a massive chunk of the people who play Halo: 4. Also Bring back Air Vehicles such as the Falcon or Hornet, and it would epic if there was a Pelican, as we had to close our Airforce branch down due to the lack of Air Vehicles. As an "average gamer", and an "Ordinary Halo Player", I want to discuss an excellent trait that introduces people together, and tournaments, and games together. Clans. In Halo 4, will we be able to see a clan set up? Or will that be in a future halo performed by "343 industries" actions? Thanks for checking this thread out, and feel free to comment your personal belief about a halo clan operation / opinion. 1) Will Halo 4 introduce a clan "setup" or "operation" to successfully create clan games and clan operations with an organized board on current clans (best clans, ranked clans, Etc.? Will 343 industries introduce the first ever clan set up to create clan and ranked games? Will clans be able to organize a community of strategics and planning to be able to reach the top of the ladder and strive to reach a higher rank? BURNED BURNED is a Halo 4 clan I'm starting up, if you want to run a sword through another Spartan, pick off someone from half way across the map, or just get up close and smash their face in with the blunt end of your weapon, then this clan is for you. I am not going to pray and spray a bunch of words at you and try to butter your bread, this clan is starting as a fun clan to get people together and get them in groups to sharpen skills and diminish the efforts of our opponents. If you are interested in my clan, BURNED, my gamer tag is Burned English. Let me know if you are interested and we will run a custom match or play some Infinity slayer, depends on your Kill/Death ratio and see if you are worth being BURNED! If the clan gets really active I will run clan matches I just want to let those of you interested in joining my clan that its required for you to switch your gamer tag to Burned "whatever you want". I will only run people in matches that are serious, I will only run similar clan tag members. Now to shed some light on clan rules 1: Don't cheat in Halo and play fair. 2: We don't talk arrogantly towards enemies, we just kill them. 3: We DO NOT disrespect any clan members, AT ALL. 4: The rest are covered on our clan site. These are just a few I wanted to post, obviously morals and common sense should cover the rest. I'm looking for a clan for Halo 4. I'd like it to be organized, with a ranking system if possible. I'd like people to forge with, because all of the clan's I participated in Reach were chaotic, unorganized, and almost nobody wanted to forge. I do have a busy schedule, so I won't be on 24/7, but I'll try and log on for an hour or two if I can manage. I'm 14, with decent internet connection. I'm normally pretty calm, except when I rage, but when I do, I make sure and mute my microphone. Hello, I am the commander, and owner of ESA (Elite Spartan Association). Leadership positions are open, I could write a ten page post about our clan, but that is just too much too much to read through. Add me on xboxlive, my current gamertag is BN PWNAGE, which it will change soon to ESA PWNAGE. I will post in the rank structure so everyone can see how the ranks work, add me on xbox to learn more about our growing clan! Hope to see you soon 1. Recruit -New member rank, does not have voting power. Obtained by joining the clan. 2. Private -Now has 1 point for voting, rank obtained by being in the clan for 3 days. 3. First Lieutenant -Main job is to recruit to rank up, get at least 10 people in the clan through you, to obtain. Now has 2 points for voting. 4. Second Lieutenant -Main job, is again to recruit, observe, and all around stick around for awhile. Has 3 points in voting. Obtain by recruiting at least 20 people, or be in the clan for at least 1 month. 5. Captain -Can now inflict punishments on recruits, by reporting the incident to either BN PWNAGE, PRO MISTAKE, or a general. Job is to keep recruiting. Now has 4 points in voting. Obtain by being in the clan at least 2 months, or recruiting 30 people. 6. Major -Majors are very respected, and have been around awhile. They have 6 points in voting, and can place infractions on members. Must have a good amount and flow of recruits still being brought in by them. To obtain be in the clan at least 3 months, and prove yourself to your colonel. 7. Lieutenant Colonel -This is the assistant to the Colonels, they help run squads and pretty much start off by doing the grunt work so they can learn about how to run a squad first hand. You must be at least a Second Liuetenant to obtain this rank, and are hand picked by colonels. Given 1 point for voting in squad meetings, and 5 points given for clan wide meetings. 8. Colonel -This person owns their own squad, they run it as if it's their own clan, while abiding by clan rules. They are responsible for recruiting own members for their squad, coming up with a squad name, holding clan meetings at least once a week. You also need to report monthly to BN PWNAGE, on how many members you have, infractions they have, notes about the members, and make sure to include their service tag. You may also disclose more information if you feel it is needed. Please email all information either through microsoft excel, or microsoft word. Excel is the best to use. For more information on owning your own squad, please talk to BN PWNAGE. Obtained by applying on the site and be at least Lieutenant Colonel. You also have the power to rank people up in your clan, you must follow the rank scale here, and keep track of when your squad members join the clan. 4 points given for clan wide votes, and 5 for your squad meetings. 9. Liuetenant General -Assistant to Generals, please read the General description for more information. Obtain by being in the clan for at least 5 months, and be hand picked by Generals. 5 votes given for clan wide meetings, and 0 given for squad meetings. 10. General -Generals are the people who report to our Commanders (BN PWNAGE, and PRO MISTAKE) weekly of everything in the clan. They report everything from new members in squads, to site information. They are the "inspectors" for the clan, they make sure everyone is getting treated fairly, and is following clan rules. 5 votes given for clan wide meetings, and 5 for squad meetings. 11. Lieutenant Commander -Assistant to Commanders (Owners) obtain by being hand picked by Commanders. 5 points given for clan wide meetings, and 0 for squad meetings. 12. Commander -Owner of the server 8 points given for clan wide meetings, and 0 for squad meetings.
