i dont quiet understand why people are so quick to join a clan.to mmi bizarre amazment these ppl will join a clan change everything about the way they approach a game and then change the way they play it. what happened to just siitin back with some freinds and enjoyin the game or just hoppin online and finding a few new people to play with. these games a causing us a a community to get more and more anti social because we are taking them way to seriously. honestly i have been lookin for a new group of ppl to play along with in halo4 and i still havent seen one person on with a mic thats willing to use it and when they do use it its to complain about how the game cheated them out of a kill. ppl calm down and chill life does not revovle around this game its something u enjoy.so dont rush and join a clan just because u think thats the only way to meet games of any quality we are out there. you just need to show yourself and start using ur mic for more than just somethin to warm your ears.. -

I'm Skirata2 I'm the Commanding Officer of the 501st. I'd like to give you some information that may help you in making a decision. The 501st though it mainly consist of US residents is a global clan. We have several members in the European and Australian continents. We're constantly accepting from all 3 locations. Another thing that you should know about the clan is the ranking structure. The 501st uses a military based ranking structure. Unlike many clans that base ranks solely off of activity and the ranks being meaningless or clans that base ranks solely off of in game skill, The 501st bases its ranks and promotions based on the members overall contribution to the clan as well as the members potential to grow as a person and a leader, their current leadership abilities to make the members rank mean a little more than just a title. In the 501st a members rank determines how much power they hold in the clan and what positions within the chain of command they're able to hold. With the clan is relatively small but growing. This means that promotion opportunities come by pretty quick. Though I don't guarantee this to happen to you, it has happened before that a member has gone from being a fresh recruit to a clan officer within a years time. Also in the 501st we recognize members efforts and accomplishments through other means than just rank promotions. The 501st has a ribbon/awards system set up. We have clan contribution ribbons that members can earn. This is a great way for members to work towards something if they're currently on an extended wait for their next promotion. It also give the member a little extra they can add to the list of reason they should be considered for promotion when they're boarding for leadership positions. One thing that the 501st does offer that most clans don't that use an award system is an award for doing things in their local communities outside of the clan. We have an award that is awarded to members who serve their communities through some sort of service organization such as but not limited to: the military, law enforcement, emergency management, etc... The 501st encourages members to take the leadership skills and apply them to life. The clan staff all feel that it's important for members to be involved in their communities as to not waste their lives away in front of their xbox. Yeah, we still play a lot of xbox but many of our members choose to serve in significant ways that can impact the lives of those around them. The clan over all is mainly a social clan. We're mainly in it for the fun. However, if you're looking for a competitive clan we've still got you cover there as well. We do participate in clan matches on a semi-regular basis. As the demand for clan matches grows in our clan the more that will be scheduled. But regardless of what you're looking for in a clan you can usually find a niche that fits what you're looking for within the 501st. Hello, I am the commander, and owner of ESA (Elite Spartan Association). Leadership positions are open, I could write a ten page post about our clan, but that is just too much too much to read through. Add me on xboxlive, my current gamertag is BN PWNAGE, which it will change soon to ESA PWNAGE. I will post in the rank structure so everyone can see how the ranks work, add me on xbox to learn more about our growing clan! Hope to see you soon 1. Recruit -New member rank, does not have voting power. Obtained by joining the clan. 2. Private -Now has 1 point for voting, rank obtained by being in the clan for 3 days. 3. First Lieutenant -Main job is to recruit to rank up, get at least 10 people in the clan through you, to obtain. Now has 2 points for voting. 4. Second Lieutenant -Main job, is again to recruit, observe, and all around stick around for awhile. Has 3 points in voting. Obtain by recruiting at least 20 people, or be in the clan for at least 1 month. 5. Captain -Can now inflict punishments on recruits, by reporting the incident to either BN PWNAGE, PRO MISTAKE, or a general. Job is to keep recruiting. Now has 4 points in voting. Obtain by being in the clan at least 2 months, or recruiting 30 people. 6. Major -Majors are very respected, and have been around awhile. They have 6 points in voting, and can place infractions on members. Must have a good amount and flow of recruits still being brought in by them. To obtain be in the clan at least 3 months, and prove yourself to your colonel. 7. Lieutenant Colonel -This is the assistant to the Colonels, they help run squads and pretty much start off by doing the grunt work so they can learn about how to run a squad first hand. You must be at least a Second Liuetenant to obtain this rank, and are hand picked by colonels. Given 1 point for voting in squad meetings, and 5 points given for clan wide meetings. 8. Colonel -This person owns their own squad, they run it as if it's their own clan, while abiding by clan rules. They are responsible for recruiting own members for their squad, coming up with a squad name, holding clan meetings at least once a week. You also need to report monthly to BN PWNAGE, on how many members you have, infractions they have, notes about the members, and make sure to include their service tag. You may also disclose more information if you feel it is needed. Please email all information either through microsoft excel, or microsoft word. Excel is the best to use. For more information on owning your own squad, please talk to BN PWNAGE. Obtained by applying on the site and be at least Lieutenant Colonel. You also have the power to rank people up in your clan, you must follow the rank scale here, and keep track of when your squad members join the clan. 4 points given for clan wide votes, and 5 for your squad meetings. 9. Liuetenant General -Assistant to Generals, please read the General description for more information. Obtain by being in the clan for at least 5 months, and be hand picked by Generals. 5 votes given for clan wide meetings, and 0 given for squad meetings. 10. General -Generals are the people who report to our Commanders (BN PWNAGE, and PRO MISTAKE) weekly of everything in the clan. They report everything from new members in squads, to site information. They are the "inspectors" for the clan, they make sure everyone is getting treated fairly, and is following clan rules. 5 votes given for clan wide meetings, and 5 for squad meetings. 11. Lieutenant Commander -Assistant to Commanders (Owners) obtain by being hand picked by Commanders. 5 points given for clan wide meetings, and 0 for squad meetings. 12. Commander -Owner of the server 8 points given for clan wide meetings, and 0 for squad meetings. -

I started this clan a few months after halo reach came out, I had 30 members and played lots of tounaments, but when i started school again there was no time for games so i was forced to disband the clan, but now im doing online schooling and im on everyday. Thermal Team: About Us Thermal Team is a small Halo 4 team. We are very exclusive of our members and will likely only maintain 8-16 players. Our style of play is recreational. We play online together for fun, yet we practice once a week and once in awhile compete. We also are planning to create a series of Machinima soon for multiple genres. Requirements to Join The requirements to join Thermal Team are small. You will need a Headset to communicate with, Xbox Live Gold, and experience with playing Halo. We do not care about your rank, only your performance. Also, you will need to be available every Saturday night at 8:00pm (EST) How to Join If by now you are interested, then here is how you join. First, add xshadowpaladinx on Xbox Live. After he accepts your friend request, you will be given a test to see how your experience with Halo is. After this, the team as a whole will decide if you are good enough or not. Meetings are every Saturday at 8:00pm, Team matchmaking is every Sunday at 5:00pm. The team matchmaking is not required, but the meetings are.
