  1. Wasteland Workshop - serving as a follow-up to the 'Automatron' precursor - from what we know mostly contains advancements in homestead design along with creature harassment. The package includes... Capture cages for monsters, animals, or humans alike: like Preston Garvey. Pitting of tamed, wild, or domesticated creatures as well as unfortunate humans (like Preston Garvey) in a gladiatorial extravaganza for the amusement of yourself, and your bloodthirsty settlers. OR unleashing of said creatures / hostile humans upon your unsuspecting posse for maximum carnage. Planting of... plants onto excavated ground on aggravating dirt-less structures: like concrete, house floors, or in the enclosure you keep your enslaved humans in. Utilization of groundbreaking technology like Radiation Scrubbers, Fusion Core Generators, or artsy Neon Letters for spelling "STAY THE FRICK OUT OF MY ROOM, PRESTON!". Giant elaborate deathtraps of all shapes & sizes (floor spikes, rotating wall blades, humongous rat traps, etc) used for big or small game: like Preston Garvey. Forgery of legitimate concrete or metal structures that lack the myriad of holes, and overall lack of quality by amateurish contractors. Looking at you, Marcy. Release a grunt when an active ceiling fan slams against your cranium. And finally, as Bethesda exclaims, "new design options for your settlements like nixie tube lighting, letter kits, taxidermy and more!" Check out the video in the spoiler if you'd like a more in-depth look at... whatever you're looking at: The Wasteland Workshop descends upon the masses worldwide on Tuesday, April 12th across the Xbox One, PS4, and PC platforms. Then, in May, 'Far Harbor' - a full-fledge expansion I liken to Point Lookout - approaches the Fallout 4 community like a tsunami. Here's to hoping Preston Garvey has an "accident" on the voyage to this mysterious land. Thanks for reading! Sources: Bethesda.net, Youtube
  2. The Fallout collection, dubbed "Fallout Anthology", launches before Fallout 4, and comes with 5 games from the Fallout franchise: all of them for PC. The games are packaged inside a replica of a Fallout 3 (or New Vegas) Fat Man Mini Nuke that has an "audible bomb sound". There's even extra space inside the container for another game in addition to the space occupied by the 5 games: specifically noted is the PC version of Fallout 4 (sold separately). Official image for the collection: List of games that come with the nuke: Fallout Fallout 2 Fallout: Tactics Fallout 3 - Game Of The Year Edition Fallout: New Vegas - Ultimate Edition The compilation releases in North America on September 29th, in Australia on October 1st, and in Europe on October 2nd (as Gamespot states). Gamespot claims it's 50$, but the price may vary from region to region. - - - - - - - - An official Multiplayer Alpha for the 2016 Doom reboot will be made available for selected players from "The New Order Beta pool" on the PC, Xbox One, and Playstation 4 platforms. Owners of the physical copy of Wolfenstein: The New Order will need a Doom Beta code to partake in the Alpha (it's unclear if Beta codes are packaged with new copies of the game, or are received when picking up a Pre-Ordered version). However, individuals who own a digital copy of Wolfenstein: The New Order can get in without needing a code, or any form of credentials. The exact date of the Alpha is unclear, but it's certain that it will arrive in the "coming months", and before the Multiplayer Beta of next year. Anyone who Pre-Ordered Wolfensten: The New Order (regardless of platform) will be able to thrash in the Doom Multiplayer Beta ahead of the game's release in Spring of 2016. Head here to redeem any Beta codes, and find out if you're eligible for the Doom Alpha & Beta. Thanks for reading! Sources: Gamespot 1 & 2, Bethblog 1 & 2
  3. Bethesda seems to have accidentally revealed it's new Dishonored project during a test stream in preparation for E3 2015. When it launched in 2012, the new Bethesda and Arkane Studios project Dishonored was hailed as a fantastic mixture of Assassin's Creed's core gameplay and a beautifully dark world full of mystery and shadows. If like myself, you were a fan of that world, you'll be excited to hear that Dishonored 2 seems to be happening, as shown in Bethesda's E3 test stream done today. Sourced from GameSpot.com, during the stream, the words 'Dishonored' and 'Harvey' were picked up by the microphone, Harvey being in reference to the first game's co-director Harvey Smith. Smith has been confirmed to be working with Arkane again on another project, but the exact nature is unknown, which leads this all to circle together as confirming a new Dishonored. Bethesda spoke out about the test run on Twitter, saying the run had gone just as planned, which could be a red herring. Until tomorrow, nothing is certain, but it seems Dishonored will be making an appearance at E3. 4. I had redboxed Dishonored to see if it was any good a few days ago. I was able to complete it within a few hours and was amazed with the story and everything else it offered. The only problem I have with it is that I think the story is way to short for a singleplayer game. Sure there will be DLC coming out soon, but I think there could have been more. What are your opinions if you have completed Dishonored?
  5. Bethesda has announced what is ahead for Dishonored, with three DLC packs. Arkane studios will be getting three DLC bundles, the first two which come out in December. Read below for more details Source: Gameinformer.com Dishonored: Dunwall City Trials delivers 10 challenges, including races, special assassinations, and an arena battle. It'll set you back 400 Microsoft Points ($4.99). The rest of the post-release content will be arriving in 2013, and Bethesda says they'll be story-based missions. In the second, players can take on the role of Daud, another supernatural assassin, who has his own set of weapons and powers. Details on the third DLC are coming later.

  7. Latest reports say, the next DLC for Skyrim will allow you to ride dragons and a return to Morrowind? Read below for more details Source: Xbox30achievements.org "Inquisitive PC players have been rooting around in the game’s code following the most recent update and found some telling files, named “DLC2” and “Dragonborn.” Also contained within the code are dragon riding animations. Apparently you’ll be able to jump on the back of a dragon a ride the scaly ******* around, casting magic as you go!This geek’s brain just exploded. There’s more too. Wrapped up in the game’s code is evidence to suggest that Dragonborn will add new locations too, with quest markers found for Solstheim, Telvanni, Castle Karstaag, Raven Rock and Miraak Temple. Solstheim and Raven Rock are locations to the east of Skyrim and share the same frosty environments. Telvanni, meanwhile, is the name of one of the six great houses of Morrowind, the setting for The Elder Scrolls III. Castle Karstaag is a little more mysterious. Karstaag is the name of a giant monster creature that appeared in The Elder Scrolls III expansion, Bloodmoon. But Karstaag Castle? Thats a first for the series. In addition to all this there’s also entries for Bonemold, Chitin, Nordic and Stalhrim armour varieties. Be excited." [via OXM]
