The Destiny Cover Art was revealed today and brought to our attention by News Group Member adamj004. Along with this however, Bungie also revealed that there will be a trailer out soon. Destiny Beta for Pre-Order Customers Bungie is always good to its fans and that's why if you've been good to them by pre-ordering Destiny, they're going to give you access to the Destiny Beta before its official release. Forging The Future The future of Machinima has arrived! Here is a huge project started by our Art Department's Gryffin in association with THFE and ourselves. He's got a lot of members voice acting for him and we're backing this Machinima 100%. It's about 5 Spartans that get sent to Earth to find Monitors that landed there after Requiem exploded. Tons of work being put into this project. Featured Map I've finally come across a map that I liked so much from seeing the screenshots that I've decided to make the Featured Map sub-section return. The above screenshot is a view of the kitchen from a distance in Astiir's Modern Apartment. The construct is Forge aesthetics at its finest and well worth a look. Truly a good idea and well executed. It's about the PS4 being able to snap the Xbox One's HDMI cable and vice versa. It basically means you can have both systems running at the same time and switch between them instantaneously because the connectors are the same. I still don't have a good grasp on how it works honestly even after Cooliest explained it to me but you need to give it a read so you can figure it out for yourself. HOT TOPIC Halo Command - Browser Based Halo Strategy/RPG/Text Based Game Started by a member by the name of Glitch100, Halo Command will be a browser based Halo game involving the aspects of Strategy/RPG/TBRPGs which is what makes it very interesting. I support Halo Command because it's just another step towards bringing back the love for the Halo Universe itself and not just the games and multiplayer which is what everyone's been focusing on since Halo 4 came out. PLAY DATES Staff vs Members Play Date We had an excellent time at the Staff vs. Members Play Date today. It started off with me, JL, and RedStarRocket flipping an Elephant on Sandtrap. Then me and RedStar faced off against Frankenzer and JL and then it turned into me and RedStar against 5 members. Then Doc joined and helped us out and we had a couple of 3v7s going. The most memorable game I think though had to be CTF Valhalla because me and Doc were owning in the Warthog. And that game skummgummigubbe got betrayed by the Staff three times.. Twice by RedStarRocket and once by me and Doc splattering him in the Warthog. I swear I was going to pass right in front of him though. The lag was off the charts. Anyway thanks to everyone who joined, this was a good time. I hope it gets started up again later today. Sadly I can't host.
