  1. What do you guys and girls think should be in the game as a pre order bonus, in my opinion, you should get the same thing for any store you buy the game at to prevent future regret about not going to a certain store for that special thing....... Back to my point, halo 2 anniversary needs something cool as a bonus or for bonuses... My idea is maybe a code that can be used to turn every warthog in campaign to the golden warthog and make it indestructible. I don't know if that's a good idea or not, let me know what you'd want in the posting area below. Thanks
  2. I'm making a thread open for discussion about the looks of Halo 4. I make this mostly because I am really worried about the looks of the Halo 4 sniper rifle. The art-style of the new UNSC sniper rifle looks horrible. It has a lot of things that don't make any sense and some things that are just in the way and distracts. For example, The scope looks like a radio from the 1960:s. It has an analog sight (or whatever it's called) that can't even be used, and it doesn't need to be there just because of that. Besides, the full-screen digital sight looked a lot cooler in Halo: Reach, and it had an effect, check it out if you don't know what I mean. And Halo 4 doesn't have that. Also on the sight, it needs a cable to be powered? What? did UNSC downgrade the sniper to so that it needs a showing, cheap looking cable to power that small screen? Which by the way, is a lot smaller then the previous versions. It also has a handlebar? Why? Like, did the army get greedy and say it wasn't comfortable enough to carry? Or maybe they want to use the sniper as a mini-gun? It looks like it's supposed to be like that. Also, why have they removed that magnificent, so much more enjoyable sound when you shoot with it? Now, honestly, it sounds like it's driven with gas and old rusty springs that are about to break. Seriously. I don't get it why you have to change this kind of stuff? Do you explain it somehow why the UNSC decided to downgrade it. Or just simply, why did 343 decide to make it look like it was homemade if there was some kind of an apocalypse and someone took the old lawnmower motor and combined it with their kids trampoline springs and made it shoot something. Also, I nearly forgot, The two curved things on the HUD sight when you zoom in, what is the purpose of those? They don't change when you move the sight or shoot or anything so they're just there to distract. Maybe I'm over-exaggerating on this one specifically, but they kind of create an illusion of a circle they make by themselves that distracts a whole lot, at least so it seems. Is that just me or...? For the record, I am not complaining about Halo 4, Only about the sniper rifle. Which all of my friends, that by the way, like me, have played Halo ever since Halo Combat Evolved came out on Xbox.
  3. I have had problems with this for ages my retailer promised the code and didnt give me it when i preordered back then I was younger and dint like to cause a fuss about anything, however I really want it now and have scoured the internet from my retailer to microsoft to the halo site to bungie to here and no answers everyone keeps bumping me please let this be the end of this trail. I just need a code given to me or a license given to me or something. Basically it was obviously years ago when i preordered the game and now the retailer has deleted my purchase off of their files and have no record of me buying however they assured me microsoft could help, microsoft spent a long time discussing the matter with associates and bumped me towards a halo community site, i posted a forum thread there and i was bumpedd to a bungie site, posted a forum thread there and I was finally bumped here. I was assured by all that the next could give me the code I was promised but so far nothing. Please somebody put me in touch with someone in 343i that can give support or can pass me to someone who will definetly be able to give me the code, or a license on XBL to download the content... thanks for any helpful responses
  4. I have got a really brilliant idea. How about you guys put custom games on the multiplayer and people who got maps and gametypes in their fileshare it randomly chooses someones map and gametype and everyone play it because i've been there where you've had no one to play with custom games so i think it would be an awesome feature if we could play custom games with random people and people who dont have maps can play but it doesnt choose any maps from them and it chooses maps from them who has got it in their fileshare
  5. When are 343 getting back from holiday?? just asking because Halo 4 is basically a train wreck ATM. I do hope, Frankie and Kiki and the rest of 343 are having a great time in the sun... but you have got a job to do fixing this game you have the cheek to call Halo. Firstly the game was sloppily put together, if you the common sense to have a beta maybe there would be so much issues and people could actually connect and actually play the game, well I guess that would send even more complainers to the forums. Next is the file share system, or lack of one... we know you have taken so many options out of the file-share browser. Just like the rest of Halo 4. So whats the wait, your quick to shove your poxy crimson Map pack and Spartan flops in our faces so why can't you listen to the fans and give us what we want. Just for once. Your killing the whole of the forging community. Just saying. When I get bored of war games... (Which doesn't take long) I love to play custom games, May I ask you 343 what have you done with the "Custom" part of Custom games?? I can't find it anywhere, Options?? Nope. Settings?? Nope. Forge??? No Chance. What planet are you guys on ? If 343 are on holiday please accept my apology, Just tell me when 343 are going to be back in business and start fixing this half finished game. Because the game if full if glitches and bugs and the game as so many broken features: Scoring system broken "Death Cams" broken Alpha Zombie broken Custom load outs broken Flood customistion problems Connection problems Network problems Weapon balance Map flow problems No ranking system No File share Poor forge maps No precision editing Forge bugs and glitches Declining population EDIT: NO RACE WTF!! There are so many more to name but I'll be here until next week. Discuss.
  6. I seriously hope that 343i dosent take most of the suggestions from the community, because most of the suggestions would ruin the game or throw off the balance of the game.
  7. Hello everybody, today, I am bringing you guys a Covenant gun show. It only features Tyrants (Because I love Tyrants) that range in cost from 800-1250 in forge cash. There are 4 Tyrants that are similar in design and either have sniper towers or no sniper towers. One of the turrets is set up to be a dominion base just to show that they can function as a B base in dominion gametypes. Gamertag:MattyFatty51 Map:Covenant Tyrant AA GunShow (fileshare) Description:A Gun Show map that features different types of tyrants and how they can be used in different maps. Pictures: First Tyrant (1450$) Second Tyrant(1060$) Third Tyrant(1425$) Fourth Tyrant(2165$) Hope you all enjoy this!
  8. I would really like to ask someone at 343 if it's possible for them to completely delete my service record. I understand that I may be asking for a lot, but if anything my account is really too shameful, for lack of a better word. I have 900+ exp on halo 3 and I have played 4000+ games, social and ranked. I really don't play halo reach or 4. 3 is the game I prefer. Mostly because I love classics and sadly 2 was taken off live. So if someone could respond to my post or even e-mail me directly at [email protected]. My XBL Gamertag is EpicDistortion3. Thank you.
  9. Developers already talking about the Halo series and next gen console. In a recent article found at CVG.... 343 discusses Halo 5's next generation potential. Studio will take advantage of any technological developments in the console space. Halo 4 isn't out until November, but that hasn't stopped new series developer 343 Industries talking about the game's successors. Photo credit: 343 Industries/Microsoft "While he was careful not to walk into the trap of directly discussing the likelihood of Halo 5 and Halo 6 appearing on Xbox 720, 343's lead game designer Scott Warner told the Independent that the studio would take advantage of any potential new console hardware when it comes to making future series entries. "I mean certainly as things develop, we have the advantage of working for a publisher and first party development, and if things happen we would certainly want to take advantage of those things," he said. "There's always kind of a careful balancing act between what you decide to improve upon, what you have that you think is really good, what's the great mixture of that to put you in the best position to be successful as a team. But certainly as things go on in development we have an advantage in the sense that we can cross those streams a bit." Warner added: "Obviously we're always attuned to new developments with what's happening internally and externally. "Our current development is all centred around the Xbox 360 and trying to harness everything we can get out of that box, so everything you're seeing is sort of custom built for the 360 experience. Obviously depending on what happens and develops with our company, we'll try to develop our technology and take advantage of it." Will 343 be able to live up to the standards set by series creator Bungie? Get our latest hands-on impressions in this Halo 4 preview. Microsoft has confirmed a Halo 4 release date of November 6."

  11. Frank O'Connor talks a little bit about the next Halo project it's is now in the very early stages of development. Read below for more details. Source: CVG 343 Industries is gradually reallocating its teams to work on the next major Halo project, an executive at the studio has told CVG. Frank O'Connor, the franchise development director for Halo, said that "a lot of people at 343 are already prototyping ideas and software and art for future Halo products". He added: "I can't say more than that, but work on the game started actually before we launched Halo 4 and continues apace as we cycle staff through the team's vacation breaks. We're excited about the next game." O'Connor didn't explicitly state that the next game is specifically Halo 5, though Microsoft has already confirmed that it is building a second trilogy of Halo titles. Many within the 343 Industries studio are still working on post launch content for Halo 4, the latest being the curation of a major international Halo 4 tournament. It has also developed a plot-led series of co-op games called Spartan Ops, which has been widely praised by critics. A second season of the co-op mode, however, remains up in the air. "Spartan Ops season 2 is yet to be decided, we're looking at how the first season does," said O'Connor. "We got such great responses from [live-action web series] Forward Unto Dawn and Spartan Ops that we're pretty happy with it and we're learning a lot of really interesting stuff for the future," he added. "You are going to see a spectrum of Halo support though the next year and beyond."
  12. (Note: Jester has reviewed this and deemed it worthy to post. It isn't a leaked copy, but a legitimate one.) Littleenglishhaloblog.com has gotten a early copy of Halo 4: Limited Edition and has been kind enough to show us an Un-boxing gallery. "I got my hands on the Halo 4 Limited Edition this week, my impressions will come later, but for now take a look at these shots of the content. Some very minor spoilers if you're sensitive about that sort of thing, but really nothing that you'd need to avoid."
  13. We're a small clan that started out in Halo 3 and I'm the only member left. By joining this clan your doing two things though: 1) Joining a group of people who love Halo as much as you do. 2) And your getting a clan full of people (Hopefully) who will play online with you whenever as long as you ask, and will respect their fellow players. If you want to join you just have to meet a few requirements: 1) You must have a working mic. 2) You must be a team player, this means following directions well. 3) You DON'T have to change your Gamertag. 4) And we don't need another sniper so if you Snipe and you want to join becasue of that well sorry, I'm the clans Sniper and I don't like to share my Sniper rifle. 5) You won't mind being on YouTube. So if your interested in joining up leave a comment with you Gamertag and I'll add you, and invite you to a game which will serve a introduction meeting.
  14. Many people, myself included had a huge hype for the release of Halo 4. If only then I knew what I had known now I could have saved myself $60 and a trip to a midnight release. Before flaming immediately after seeing the title, please, at least here me out. Flashback to November, 15, 2011. Microsoft and 343i had just released its first Halo game (with 343i being a separate company, respectively). Halo: CEA was released in North America and was sold on the shelves for a mere $40. But the price had nothing on game itself, right? The original Halo, just with better graphics and sound quality. Sounded great to me. But as a gamer, I wouldn't be doing my job if I hadn't poked out the flaws. And please, let me take a minute to explain. Hating and nitpicking flaws are COMPLETELY different. Don't know the difference? Google it. Back to the matter at hand. I remember playing the first Halo as a kid, I only played at my cousins place, because my parents had refused to buy me an Xbox (they thought the games were too violent, so I showed them Madhouse on the Wii when it came out years later). Nonetheless, I went from Banjo Kazooie, Mario 64, and the LoZ series (which are GREAT games, by the way) to shooting my way through any situation I saw fit. Halo ALONE stood above as the mighty grandeur of most of my gaming experiences. This led on to me playing Halo 3, CoD 4 and WaW (I did play Halo 2, just not online). All of which I highly regard to as great games to a modern era. You know what all of these games have in common? If you guessed 'A player progression system' then step up to get your prize. Nothing, and I mean NOTHING could compare to the feeling that I got once I hit General in Halo 3 or when I prestiged in CoD 4. I just had this sense of accomplishment where I knew that I had something that few people had. I don't really remember CE having any online capabilities (I may be wrong), but I do know it had Custom Games. CEA; however, failed to deliver an online experience, let alone Custom Games. To save myself a few words, I'll say this: The same can be said for Halo 4. Like I previously stated, I enjoy ranking up and proving my worth, which would explain why I love games like WoW and GW2. I'm getting sidetracked. Now onto Halo 4, or should I say the burden of my Halo experience. Flashforward to November 6, 2012. I'm standing in a line at Gamestop waiting to get my copy of Halo 4. Line number, 122. Not too bad I guess. After driving home and changing my pants, I popped Halo 4 into the disc tray of my 360 and ran it from the dashboard. Let's start with the Campaign. I played this first as it is simply my tradition to experience the story line before anything else. Let me be the first to say, HOLY MOTHER OF GOD this was purely amazing! Campaign was probably my favorite aspect, I beat it twice. Once to test the waters and a second time for Legendary Solo. Only I have a few problems. 343, to my dismay had lied in saying that Halo 4's legendary mode would be the hardest yet. I beat it; solo, mind you, in less than a day. I'm not that great at Campaign, especially Halo. I expected this to make me break a controller, not sit through in boredom as the derpy AI wandered around like nothing happened after I clearly assassinated a Promethean Knight. On the plus side, being able to see a little bit of Master Chief's face was MORE than promising. The game felt like a Sci-Fi shooter, like it should. However, this shouldn't give 343 the right to take the humor out of Halo. Even playing through the entire Campaign with IWHBYD on, I found no humorous remarks from the Covenant (I expected no real humor out of the Prometheans, mind you). Just growling most of the time. I also find myself running out of ammunition when it's most needed. Anyway, enough with Campaign (I gave it a 9/10). Onto the prominent Spartan Ops. A replacement for the classic Firefight experience, you play as the infamous Crimson team while playing through multiple missions, each with their own chapters and objectives. It's an interesting change; however, I would like to have seen a separate custom loadouts for Spartan Ops. Having to change constantly for Spartan Ops and War Games is a chore that should never have to be done. Here's an idea, have different roles for Spartan Ops. Each loadout would express a different role that could be fulfilled be the player. Heavy Weapons, Assault, Sniper, etc. Just a suggestion, of course. Now, herein lies the problem with Spartan Ops. The connectivity between players feels like the Ethernet cords were replaced with licorice. I can connect (with full bars, err, green bar, rather) to people when in Custom Games or Forge, and still lag like crazy when in Spartan Ops. It's like I'm being forced to play on LAN to enjoy the experience. With about a year in Computer Networking and mostly logical thinking, it can only be 343's servers that fail to support anything. Replaying the same map for missions can be a bit annoying too, unless it's like Mission 4 (or 5, I can't really remember) where you're on Ragnarok for 2-3 chapters and it actually follows a decent story pattern to it. War Games. Matchmaking for any fellow Halo vets. I could go on about this for ages, but to sum it up, I hate it. I hate the fact that I HAVE to hate it. This shouldn't exist, and I feel like it's a monstrosity to the competitiveness Halo used to bring. Whine and cry about Reach as it may be, but at least Reach could support an MLG playlist. Or any playlist for that matter. Halo 2, from what I've collected, had a Clan Battle playlist. That's perfect for clans who want to warm up before a GB match or something. For weapons, one precision weapon for UNSC is fine enough, thank you. Not two, is that concept so difficult to understand? Was 343 even thinking about the competitive community? Probably not. Reach brought about the concept of Armor Abilities, which most people hated. Any hate was usually directed for only one reason in particular, Armor Lock. Personally, I always used Sprint. I like to get to objectives and places around the map quickly. AA's were the only thing that really put someone at an edge over the other player (not including weapons, of course. I'm just talking about the traits at spawn). Now, in response to this, Halo 4 added not only Armor Abilities (which I find myself almost never using,) but perks as well. Perks? PERKS? Are you serious 343? If War Games had a CoD label on it, it would be the most balanced CoD out on the market (certainly better than BO:II). But why put a Halo label on this? Spawning with the same thing as everyone else had was just fine. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy change as much as the next guy. Repeating a similar multiplayer pattern gets old and boring. But this is not the way to do it 343! If you want some change that's fine, but don't change the game mechanics! Team Slayer Pro has little to no player base, and changing loadouts simply shouldn't be in Halo. Look at Reach's response to Armor Abilities, it was horrible. And the addition of having everyone have sprint is absolutely fine, I in fact welcome it with open arms. This doesn't give 343 the right to add perks. If they wanted a perk system, they could have made slight, minuscule differences that had a slight impact on the game. Like maybe 105% movement speed, or maybe a slight increase in the duration of sprint, not unlimited. 2 primary weapons in a loadout? No. Get rid of it. Awareness? Leave this game. More grenades? Kill yourself. Increased Explosives radius and less damage received? (Insert sarcastic smile, obviously indicating anger here) Better yet, let's throw in a carbon copy of a CoD perk! Oh, what's it called? Sleight of Hand maybe? Yeah that's the one. 343, grow some originality, or at least fire your multiplayer development team, and make a multiplayer system that makes me not want to throw up. Finally, Forge (I'm not dealing with Theater, that failed after Halo 3 due to no multiplayer viewing options). Forge seems much worse than compared to in Reach. Dynamic lighting and magnets were all that 343 brought to the table as major changes to Forge. That's great, but provide no decent maps to forge on and the whole system falls apart. Not only is the Magnet system feel uncomfortable, but the Coordinate system feels odd too! And precision editing? Nope! Zooming in while in monitor mode? Ha! Nope! In terms of maps, Ravine is horrible. I can't find a place to put anything anywhere. The Promethean structure half shouldn't be there. The moon base is equally full of stupid-syndrome. I just want Forge World back. I'd rather have one large map to forge on rather than 3 dysfunctional maps with no real purpose. Custom Games just feels dull since 343 copied most of what made Reach's custom games a bit derpy. Like the Camo system. That ruined Ghostbusters, my favorite custom game in H3. The jump scares were really fun! Now it's just like "Oh, you're there.." I tried making a paintball-esque Custom Game in Halo 4. It was okay, but there were no good maps to play it on. Why take away the freedom, fun, and creativity from Halo? I forged quite a bit on both H3 and Reach. Both were decent in their own respects. Foundry. Am I right, or am I right? Sandbox was pretty cool, along with the other maps that had skulls on them. Nice touch, Bungie. Above all, I feel like Halo 4 fixed a few of the big mistakes but made a LOT of smaller ones in its path. Graphics only add to the overall atmosphere of a game. And I feel like 343 focused on only that. The appeal to the atmosphere, rather the gameplay. Reach had a sort of grunge look/feel to it. The dirty armor truly made me feel like a war torn Spartan. And that's what Halo is about, right? Hate on me if you will, I've come to accept that my opinion isn't very welcome. At least think of this: Are you defending this game so much because you like it, or because it simply says "Halo" on the cover? I am actually enthralled to hear someone else's opinion on this. I never really addressed my concern with Halo 4's ranking system. After hitting 50 and passing into your first specialization, it's easy to rank up until rank 5-6 of your specialization. It then follows a repeated pattern after hitting 60. Choose the specialization, it's easy then it gets really difficult. There's no sense in that at all. Just wanted to point that out.
  15. The Halo4 Forge is by all means an improvement over the previous Forges, but there is still room for improvement. I have started this post to list my own suggestions, and I encourage others to reply with his or her own suggestions and wishes. *Interlocking objects: Similar to locking individual objects, a new tool would allow forgers to link objects. This would allow multiple objects to be moved, duplicated or locked as a group. *Sphere object shape: *Multi-leveled forging: Forge should have a novice/beginner setup (such as it is currently) and an advanced/Experienced setting with much more complicated tools and functions for advanced users. *Man Cannons: Make one man cannon, but add a dial tool for adjusting the power more dynamically. *Inversion: A tool option that allows the user to mirror certain objects such as the ramped platform, buildings, etc. This would help forgers create much better symmetrical maps. *Skins/object color: Ability to add skins/textures to objects. There could be a distribution collection and a way for players to upload custom made textures. *Improve the magnet system to be more dynamic, or perhaps allow users to add magnet markers to objects. *Phased Doors: This object would allow forgers to add a door opening (variable sizes) cut into objects, such as blocks and coliseum walls/windows. *Elevator lifts *Light bridges: Similar to one sided shields, add light bridges to bridges/platforms. Perhaps it would be similar to setting length/width as it is with kill zones, etc? *Locking axis: Ability to lock certain aspects of the rotation axis to isolate specific object movements. *More buildings and expanded object inventory.
  16. Halo 3 was slower than 4, but it was more fair. Cortana comes outta lightbridge, then she disintegrates, seems logical. Well okay all cool characters in halo die (captain keyes & sergeant johnson). But whats about the new crimson map pack achievements? Stamp 20 players to death with a mantis! Maybe 343 wants to chain players who wanna have all achievements (You know what I mean if you have tried to kill players via stampin) nice that they want to have 800 m-points for this. One player betrayed me for a mantis and I couldn't kick him. In addition online coop gameplay is laggy, likewise most of bigger team maps. Oh well I also got killed by a "friendly" ghost and kill cam showed me that i haven't bordered on the ghost. It has to do with money, not? Still a merry little christmas!
  17. 343 and Microsoft have released the details of the Halo 4 Season pass. Read below for more details Source: Gameinformer.com With Halo 4's release just a few weeks away, Microsoft outlined the post-release content plans for the game. The War Games Map Pass gives you a 15 percent discount if you purchased all the upcoming maps individually. The pass costs $24.99 USD2 (2,000 Microsoft Points) and gives you access to three War Games map packs as they become available. Additionally, purchasers receive two in-game helmets (‘Scanner’ and ‘Strider’) as well as a unique in-game emblem (‘Falcon’). The Halo 4 War Games Map Pass is included as part of the Limited Edition Halo 4 game, Microsoft says. Below are the War Games map details: Crimson Map Pack (December release timeframe) Maps: Wreckage, Harvest, Shatter Description: Witness the chaos of a clash of civilizations in Wreckage, with its blend of claustrophobic spaces and dangerous exposures and venture into the human colony environs of Harvest, and explore a human foray on an alien moon in Shatter. Majestic Map Pack (February release timeframe) Maps: Landfall, Monolith, Skyline Description: Landfall’s emphasis is on infantry battles against a glittering ocean on a distant world, while Monolith exposes you to the naked vacuum of space – and the firepower of opposing teams, and Skyline’s distinctly industrial feel provides new challenges in somewhat familiar, but occasionally confined spaces. Castle Map Pack (April release timeframe) Maps: Daybreak, Outcast, Perdition Description: Daybreak is set in a military facility against the backdrop of an idyllic mountain range, while Outcast plunges you into the warrens, canyons and arches of an alien edifice, and Perdition takes players into the heart of an urban sprawl, with tactical speed and situational awareness its key features.
  18. Hi people,I love elites very much,I am a big fan of them, but I wanted to know your opinion in Halo Campaign without elites. My opinion is Halo is not anymore Halo without our snoozy silly Covy, our Elites. For me Halo without elites is like sun without light.Make your opinions!
  19. 343 Industries stated that they will not be putting any restrictions on any armor but that does not go for exclusive skins that are a part of certain purchases. Since FOTUS armor is a skin, it will not be made available. It even says skin in the name for you that do not think it is a skin. Fist Of The Unicorn Skin. Also, it says it's a skin on the code and when you enter in the code on the Xbox 360. I would know because I have 3 FOTUS armor codes.
  20. We get a little look at the new map pack Crimson. The map pack releases on December 10th and it contains 3 new maps. Wreckage, Harvest and Shatter. Crimson will be followed by the Majestic map pack which will be released February 25th 2013 then Castle map pack on April 1st 2013. Video uploaded by Halo Waypoint. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JeMNUPFlNxY&feature=player_embedded Map descriptions quoted from the bulletin. Wreckage Description Wreckage is a manifestation of the chaos of war. A medium-sized, asymmetrical map, this playspace is great for accommodating a wide range of objective-based game modes including King of the Hill and Capture the Flag. It is a ravaged environment of crashed debris, where the surrounding destruction creates complex paths perfect for throwing off your opponents or testing the limits of your Warthog. This devastated landscape provides plenty of cover, and tons of nooks and crannies are at your disposal while fighting for your turn to become King. Wreckage supports up to 16 players in Infinity Slayer and up to 12 in a variety of other modes, including Capture the Flag, King of the Hill and Oddball. Harvest Description Harvest is a canon concept brought to life – the doomed agricultural planet where humans first made contact with the Covenant. A small to mid-size map, Harvest is ideal for Capture the Flag. Here, you’ll need to get creative to effectively use light vehicles which are limited to the exterior pathways and can’t get into the bases, making this fully symmetrical map perfect for infantry firefights and face-to-face skirmishes. Snipers will also feel right at home, as long sightlines are broken up by great cover and hiding spots. Harvest allows 8 - 12 players to face off in Capture the Flag, Infinity Slayer, King of the Hill, SWAT and Slayer Pro. Shatter Description Shatter is themed around natural crystalline surfaces and the huge UNSC factories mining them. This large, symmetrical map is a playground for the Warthog and Mantis – its open pathways make getting around easy, whether on foot or in vehicles. Shatter is a great fit for large games of Dominion and Extraction. For some close-quarters face-time, escape the open landscape and duck into a mining facility, or slip through a doorway and hunt unsuspecting Spartans. Shatter enables multiplayer mayhem for up to 16 players in Infinity Slayer and up to 12 in other modes, such as Capture the Flag, King of the Hill, Dominion and Extraction.
  21. ok, so first off i'd just like to say that i love the game and its a big upgrade from reach. now that, that's out of the way i want to focus on some stuff 343 isnt getting apparently. Now dont get me wrong i know there new to this but it just seems to me they are ignoring alot of their community. anyway my point is with the new map coming out i was expecting some new smaller maps instead i seem to be seeing more outdoor large maps. this really sucks because in order for me to play some team double i have to go back to reach and i find myself enjoying reach more at times. just the small symmetrical maps makes it feel like halo. in short i just want team doubles and with some smaller maps and ill be happy. what do you all think?

"You are going to see a spectrum of Halo support though the next year and beyond." View full article
