  3. Link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Halo_(series)#Story_overview In the trailer, the ship is floating toward some sort of device. But on the wiki page, in the story line, it says it is floating towards a planet? Has wikipedia, or 343 made a mistake? ;O
  4. Yeah they're barrels of fun. And if some one blows you up, hard enough, and the chance you survive, you'll flail away so they'll be like where the fa did they go?

  9. Before I start I just want to say these are suggestions. - Heres what needs to go down. Halo 2 had the BEST maps in Halo, my favorite was Waterworks - "Plazmaburst" type flailing? If you dont know it google the game and play it. I'm saying, in the deliver of hope trailer, there were explosions, and people FLEW around after they blew up, not go an inch in the air and act like nothing happened. Im not saying go full out, and make people fly in different directions, Im saying add 1st/3rd/enemy eye animations for when an explosion happens, (maybe when you blow up, you fly back, hit the ground, QUICKLY look up, stand up with one hand, aim/shoot with the other, (yes its that still works with a shotgun or a rocket launcher, they are that intense) then when they are up they can return to normal action. - Do not throw the covenant to the curb. I know you guys are going hard on forerunner stuff, but there should be some covenant link to that, rather than the covenant just equal to the spartans in the campaign. - Do not de-centralize the maps. Boneyard, in my thought, was a waste. Half of the map is not used, maybe a little bit for invasion, but thats it. The middle of the map should be the biggest action point, rather than the sides. same goes for spire. - Add more little bitlets. For one, like in Halo 2 I believe, you could open the gate in zanzibar. I just want these small perks to be a big part of matchmaking, (Say for headlong, someone should be able to operate the crane, to move the platform and the metal 7x1. And maybe turn off and on the air lifts?) - Forge needs: This is a list - More forge objects, with different types of material (Human, covenant, forerunner, and games like a checker board 5x5 or something?) - Forge wiring. Again, I'm relating this to plazma burst. You can make maps in plazma burst 2, and you can make gates wired to different switches. (Kind of like teleporters). So you can wire five gates, onto one button, so when the button is activated, those five gates will go to their destination. NOTE: Im not trying to make this game sound like plazma burst. I know what halo is, and I'm trying to stay true to that thought. - AI spawns in forge. basically says it all. - Human vehicles, like trucks, cars, crashed cars, cars on fire, and so on. - Placeable dead bodies, and ALSO a way to place your current players dead body. - Phantoms, and pelicans, MAYBE, scarabs. - A MUCH larger variety for turrets. (like the shade turret type ones, not the simple machine guns.) - Landscape editor. Ability to place land chunks, and form them. To form one you'd go it your menu, and using a 1x1x1 grid that appers on the map, you edit a square land mass. Then, after you are done, you click a button that says furnish, and you can choose what style you want, how boxed, or smooth the landscape should look, and the type of biome, (snowy, tundra, desert, green great grass, old ragity poo grass xD.) You could fix all that up, or click randomize. Then there should be an option called, battle worn. Enabling it, would make the area look like a battle has already taken place, (fires, grey grass, and craters.). - Weather. They said they were going to add that in reach, but didnt have enough time. - Forgeworld Biomes. Or maybe just different types of forgeworld maps. *MUST* - Firefight forging. The ability to choose, what side you are defending, (like the spartans are invading the elites, OR THE FLOOD!!! ), where the drop ship comes down/enemy spawns. The rest are just basic forge things like weapon placement and vehicles. - Forgeworld should have an option where you would click and drag (select) all your objects, and move them as one. - Ability to "phase" objects infront of the the others. For example, putting a tunnel underground, you would have to phase it infront. -Time. Either presets of times, or you can choose a day/night cycle. - Map needs to be high, and wide. - Dynamic shadows. For when you place a piece, it shows the shadow, according to the suns position. And if there is a day and night cycle, there should be dynamic shadows. - Covenant armory - MAYBE a flood armory, for certain infection gametypes? - Fix the armory. The armory now, lets you add MINIMAL attachments to helmets. I want to see an actual difference in the player. - Tons of items in the armory. Like tons. enough, to make it that you are a unique player. - Remember these are suggestions, I'm not saying I'm gonna rage quit, and never play Halo again. I'm saying these are nice features to have, and I think since you are running it on the same engine, some of these are a big NO! But I'm pretty sure fire fight forging, forge wiring, and the landscape editor, should still be able to work. Thank you for reading this.
