Hi. The other day I bought a downloadable version of Halo the master chief collection and when I got home I redeemed the code and it said it would take a minute for the game to register on my xbox, it's been about 4 days now and I have tried everything including contacting Microsoft support and going through all the steps they told me too. When they check from there end, it says that I owned the game and successfully downloaded it but if I go to the Microsoft store it says I don't own game and it doesn't give me the option of downloading it. I've tried pretty much everything with Microsoft and they have no idea what to do and said to come to you guys next.
