In what looks like in-game footage, you see a bus pull into a post-apocalyptic urban setting, before catching a glimpse of zombies - which appear to have been hospital patients - going mental and wrecking the bus.

"Are you ready to take a ride?" teases blurb accompanying the video. The developer also released the above teaser screenshot, with the caption, "The calm has ended - they are beginning to return."

I have played the Crysis 2 and it was a pretty fun game to play. This trailer shows off Crytek's graphics and just some in game footage. Nothing special but still good for a trailer.

BioWare has confirmed it's forming plans for an all-new Mass Effect game, which is in development alongside a new IP for "built from the bottom-up with all new gaming technology".

BioWare Edmonton and Montreal general manager Aaryn Flynn confirmed as much in a new blog post discussing the future of BioWare in the wake of the

Mass Effect 3 brought the current story arc to a close, but of course that doesn't spell the end for the much-loved franchise. "The Mass Effect universe is vast, and [Executive Producer Casey Hudson] and our teams have plans for another full game," confirmed Flynn.

"'Where to go next?' with such a project has been a question a lot of us have been asking, and we'd all love to hear your ideas."

Even more excitingly, Flynn goes on to reveal that its also working on a new IP seemingly for next-gen hardware. "Both Dragon Age and Mass Effect started as single games but grew into vast universes. But we aren't stopping there," he said.

"While Casey continues to oversee the development of our new Mass Effect project, he and his leads are putting together their vision for an all new game set in a fictional universe, built from the bottom-up with all new gaming technology."

Capcom has released a new Resident Evil 6 demo. You can play from Leon, Chris and Jake's Demos. Certainly good for someone wanting to preview the game before buying it.

If you're not too busy playing Borderlands 2, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 owners can download a new demo of Resident Evil 6, Capcom said today. The demo is different from the one packed in with Dragon's Dogma.

The demo contains three sections, all highlighting action from each of the three playable campaigns for Leon, Chris, and Jake:

Play as either Leon S. Kennedy or Helena Harper and further explore the dark corridors and moonlit grounds of Ivy University, swarming with the victims of the latest bioterrorist attack.

The action in Jake’s mission switches to the neon-lit streets of Lanshiang as he and Sherry Berkin fight off the new J’avo enemies, including their fully mutated forms. Jake’s special hand-to- hand combat moves and Sherry’s stun baton are pivotal in their struggle to stay alive.

Showcasing the global setting in Resident Evil 6, Chris Redfield and Piers Nivans head with fellow BSAA team members to the war-ravaged streets of Edonia. The amassed J’avo forces provide a stiff enough challenge, but that’s before the three-story high B.O.W. Ogroman crashes the party. Select Piers for a slightly different weapons loadout than Chris including a sniper rifle with thermal scope.

Resident Evil 6 releases across Europe and North America on October 2. A PC version will follow soon, Capcom said.

Endermen and silverfish and mineshafts, oh my! The Adventure Update content is almost here for

You'll find two more images after the jump. One shows off a silverfish, pesky little cave insects that pop out of the blocks they hide in once you destroy them. Silverfish are native in PC Minecraft to strongholds -- an underground castle of sorts that offers access to the endgame zone -- so it's odd to see this one roaming what appears to be a random cave. The other picture shows off an abandoned mineshaft, a great underground source for wood, minetracks, and -- most importantly -- TREASURE.

One unusual thing I'm noticing: in the two images below, you can clearly see a tiny avatar in the upper left corner of both screens. The Xbox 360 version of Minecraft isn't a direct port of the PC game, and there's no similar feature on the PC side. I'm guessing the tiny avatar images are there to show players what their cool avatar skin looks like at all times? Anyone out ther care to hazard a guess?

What are the key challenges in keeping players terrified?

One of the biggest challenges for us is to continue to keep things fresh. We're at the third instalment, and the sheer shock value of seeing the dismemberment, and some of those things that have become staples of the franchise, aren't going to continue to scare people the way they have done. I'd say our biggest challenge is keeping it fresh, mixing it up so it doesn't become predictable. There's no obvious cadence to when we're gonna scare you.

Your background is in sound production. Have you pulled any tricks with the audio?

One of the big things we're trying to do with the audioscape in general is bring in more thematic tones. If we look at the music as a continuum all the way from Dead Space 1 to Dead Space 3, the first game was very discordant to really punctuate and accentuate scare moments. Two started to blend more melodic sound into the game. With three we're really looking to continue development of those ideas, with musical cues and character themes that crop up throughout the game. We want to excel. We want to deliver a game that's Quad-A, that's beyond what we've done before.

Wait, Quad-A?

Yeah, a lot of people say "Triple A" and that's kind of become the norm, with all the "big triple A games" yadda yadda. No. We want to go beyond Triple A. We want to push to the next level. We've taken up just saying "Quad A" all day.

How are you making snow worlds as scary as corridors?

We asked ourselves: "what's everything going towards?" - and it was going towards a big showdown, towards getting answers for the questions that have been laid out. And with that concept, we needed to go to Tau Volantis.

The snow planet immediately gave us ideas, like fear of the cold. But I think other ways that we can continue to scare people are triggered around the visibility. You can't see in the middle of a snowstorm. You can't see what's up ahead. You never know what's gonna come shambling out of the mists towards you. That's one way we get some tension and fear in. The crunching of the snow, and the breaking of the ice - those sounds are scary. I think that can reinforce it.

So the elements are going to be integral to gameplay?

It's one of those types of mechanics that when used to the right effect can be great. I think when you start having to babysit certain elements of the game, it becomes less fun.

Have you used the co-op mode to reinforce the fear?

We want a true co-operative experience that feels different when you play it with a friend. In terms of horror, we're hoping that when friends are playing they'll be communicating with one another. Those types of interactions are going to help elicit some different feelings with players; whether it's excitement, thrills, tension - I think that's going to come from the unique interactions between the players as they're talking.
