PC players can now build their own homes in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim with the release of Hearthfire on Steam. The content costs $4.99. Hearthfire released on Xbox Live early last month.

Bethesda was unable to provide an update on the release of Skyrim download content for PlayStation 3.

The AC3 Season Pass, only previously rumored when a claimed internal GameStop document

The PS Blog update confirms, Ubi will offer an Assassin's Creed 3 Gold Edition which, at $89.99, will come with a Season Pass which is expected to give gamers access to much of the 'extensive' DLC the developer has planned for AC3.

When asked in the blog comments if the Season Pass would be offered separately, a rep replied replied "Yup, it will".

There was no mention of a standalone price, but the $30 mark up on the Gold Edition of the game is a solid hint.

Ubisoft has confirmed an Assassin's Creed 3 release date of October 31 on PS3 and Xbox 360, with an Assassin's Creed 3 PC release date to follow on November 23. A Wii U version will be available at the console's launch.

Should you want to see how the other half lives, you can refund your Prestige Tokens in order to totally respec and to try out the other upgrades and builds in the game. Greater character build flexibility is a welcome change to Call of Duty, I'm sure you'll agree.

In addition, Treyarch is adding the option to reset your stats back to zero, and go through the long climb up the mountain of bassassness again. I'm not sure why you'd want to make yourself into a noob, but it's possible. Just keep your little brothers and sisters and your troll friends away from that reset button.

For those with lofty goals, there will be a "top level" in prestige called Prestige Master, that is earned when you've unlocked all the content in Call of Duty: Black Ops 2. The few and proud will be rewarded with the ultimate badass Prestige Icon possible. Treyarch isn't going to reveal that icon until the release of Call Of Duty: Black Ops 2, so we'll all have to wait until November 13, 2012 to check out the patch that the hardest of the hardcore are sporting.

Wednesday nights at MLG will feature the best MOBA games and players. League of Legends matchups will be featured this Fall in the ongoing series. On September 26 at 7pm ET, fans can watch a Counter Logic Gaming showmatch as team CLG Prime takes on CLG EU. Commentary will be provided by Tom "Optimus" Searfoss and Chris "MonteCristo" Mykles. Mojang's next big

For those who aren't in the know, Mojang regularly releases these "snapshot" updates to test out planned content additions in a live environment. It takes a bit of technical maneuvering the get these snapshots working, but it amounts to a sneak preview -- and sometimes a half-fucntional one -- of what's coming down the Minecraft pipe.

The witch is a new hostile mob, one that doesn't appear to spawn on its own yet. Bats are passive, spawning at night and in dark underground locations. They sleep upside down and fly away when you get too close. You can smack them down just like anything else in Minecraft, but they don't drop anything at the moment.

There is also an assortment of new sound effects along with some tweaks to the way wooden blocks are placed. You can see this content in action in the video up top from Mindcrack's DocM. Witches sure seem like nasty customers. They're quite strong and they attack by chucking negative status effect- and damage-inducing potions at your face.

Bad graphics, a simple level, an even simpler task and the Slenderman

Combine these few ingredients, and you get one of the most popular indie games on youtube right now.

And since a game this simple is already this popular, of course it makes all sense in the world for developer Parsec Productions to release a sequel.

To do this, they got together with Blue Isle Studios.

The new game will be called Slender: The Arrival.

And i can tell you right now that the first thing you'll notice about this game will be the highly improved graphics that you can also see in the pictures at the bottom of this post.

Improved graphics isn't the only new feature though, the new game is also said to have additional levels and even its own storyline

A release date has not been announced yet - The game is only said to be released within the coming months
