The link works. But the video was not suppose to be put up for 2 more weeks. It was a fluke and once IGN saw it they took it down. Then they went and found it leaked all over youtube so they told all those channels to take it down. So you'll have to wait to see it.

Well 343 was the one that said you are only allowed to release one of these every tuesday and thursday. Therefore it was 343's idea, and if IGN went against it they would be in big trouble... So they went and removed all traces. So until 2 weeks from now we have to be patient.
