GODDEST BAST

I have the Halo Master Chief collection I got on day 1 I downloaded it it worked fine I uninstalled it put the disc away and yesterday I try to install it but it always stops installation @ 2.57 GB I have called Microsoft been on the phone for over 3 hours and they can't figure out what is going on. The disc looks brand new and they said it might be corrupted. I don't understand how a disc that I've used a few times and put away properly gets corrupted. Can someone help?
