This has been the issue for about a week now for me. and I tried deleting the game and re-downloading it i tried deleting my account and re-downloading it I reset my router settings power cycled my XBOX ONE. All that is left for me to try is another Network all together. I am pissed about this and it blows my mind that 343i doesn't have a help line and doesn't respond to its own forums Help requests. I am so frustrated about this.
