First off, a ban for literally anything other than actual hacking or extreme language, is a pile of s**t. Second, the fact that those type of bans even exist is a testament to how truly pathetic the security is, not to mention the overwhelming lack of decent and secure network coding. Lastly not sure if the geniuses at 343 or even at Microsoft were aware of this, or if there head was to far up their....., but anyone who has Jtag'ed or RGH'ed their console can UNBAN THEMSELVES in about 10 minutes, and btw that means perma-ban, console-ban, account-ban, or w/e else there is out there, doesn't mean s**t to anyone with a modded console.
