Thanks for all your replied I found out that they don't allow to download in Asia.

I can download Halo Reach it reached about 80 percent on xbox 360. It said Can't download this game thats all.

I download the game on console after about 80 percent I got error message saying that Can't download this game I did trouble shooting with support team and still doesn't resolve. Help
