I'd love to create some 3d Halo animations (Specifically cinemagraphs and eventual Combat sequences / short videos), and was curious if using the game files in this situation is fair use. On top of this, if anyone has any information regarding aquiring some of these files that they could toss to me that'd be great. It's easy to find some of it, but I'm unaware of a dedicated resource.
