@  Cerulean : (28 November 2014 - 06:53 AM) Now, you may assume that the balancing factors is that if the price is too high, people won't buy the goods, but if these goods are something the consumer really wants/needs, then they'd be willing to shell out the money. And if they aren't willing to, the problem is that there are no substitute goods you can purchase
@  Azaxx : (28 November 2014 - 06:53 AM) Assuming Europe still uses the same currency
@  Ailean : (28 November 2014 - 06:52 AM) thats why I'm tellingyou whats diferrencebetween poor and rich countries (omg my space key)
@  Cerulean : (28 November 2014 - 06:52 AM) Slowly but surely, within this country, they can raise the market price and force consumers to pay a higher price or not be able to get their goods
@  Azaxx : (28 November 2014 - 06:52 AM) You use Euro
@  Ailean : (28 November 2014 - 06:52 AM) in my country Dollar isn't currency
@  Azaxx : (28 November 2014 - 06:52 AM) How is that wrong
@  Cerulean : (28 November 2014 - 06:52 AM) So the existing ones get richer and richer because they control the market price
@  Cerulean : (28 November 2014 - 06:51 AM) But since people are so poor, firms can't really be set up and join in on the market
@  Ailean : (28 November 2014 - 06:51 AM) nope azaxx hahaha
@  Cerulean : (28 November 2014 - 06:51 AM) The reasons are that for market structures of Monopolistic and Perfect competition we need a lot of firms.
@  Azaxx : (28 November 2014 - 06:51 AM) Cause currency conversions, they're awful
@  Azaxx : (28 November 2014 - 06:51 AM) @Ailean But then, that's in our currency, which is worth much less than yours. Making ours the same price as 150 in your currency
@  Cerulean : (28 November 2014 - 06:50 AM) in poorer countries
@  Ailean : (28 November 2014 - 06:50 AM) okay its 90,trust me here is over 150
@  Azaxx : (28 November 2014 - 06:50 AM) @Axilus Prime Kinda
@  Ailean : (28 November 2014 - 06:50 AM) the fact is that,no matter how many times you ''explained'' it,it's not normal to have very high prices in poor countries, while in rich the'yre funny and low
@  Cerulean : (28 November 2014 - 06:49 AM) Market structures tend to be more towards Oligopolies and Monopolies
@  Azaxx : (28 November 2014 - 06:49 AM) @Ailean Taking a quick look and making an average of the prices I saw on a store chain, around $90
@  Cerulean : (28 November 2014 - 06:48 AM) Within poorer countries
