Not sure if this was mentioned already but the thrusters need to be removed from flood its just as annoying as evade from Reach and I guess you can change flood settings along with it like health, speed etc. -

At the moment I'm missing two specializations Stalker and Pathfinder I noticed this once I started playing Halo 4 again which was about a week ago, I'm not sure what else I can discuss about it but I wonder if there is anyone else with the same issue.
