halo 2 originally was going to have the 3 burst and 1 shot all together in the Battle Rifle. zoom in its one bullet shots zoom out and its burst fire.

sprint is one of the worst because of the run in double hit. keep em all or remove them all. i like them either way because halo is always fun to play, i trust 343 will do their best to make it a truly halo experience =)
