How do I find out about my contact email through my xbox live account

I have already talked to xbox support twice. And they told me to come on here and see if they could help me.

I am writing because I purchased halo 4 on the 15th of November. But I was not able to play it online by the 20th. Because I had a death in the family. My grandmother had passed away from heart disease... And I had to help out with things for the funeral. I wasn't able to start playing until the 23rd of November. I understand that you had to play it by the 20th to receive the specializations code by email. I was hoping you would please help me out and give me a code for the game. It is one of my favorite games. Thank you for your time. I hope to hear from you soon.
