Huge fan of the series. I have played everything, and read everything except the books adapted from the games. My favorite book by far is the Fall of Reach. My favorite game by far is Halo 4. I am a sucker for an emotional hook in a game done as well as 343 has done this one.

There is some significance to the gesture of a Spartan taking off his or her helmet isn't there. Its been a while since I read the Fall of Reach. Is that Fred in the Pelican. Man I hope they bring the remaining Spartan II's into Halo 5.
