I am a video gamer that enjoys playing an variety of games. From First Person Shooters (Like Halo) to Role Player Games (Such as Legend of Zelda), I have played many different games.
I am also a 3D artist for the Community Fan made game called Galaxy of Combat (or GoC for short), working on various 3D models and assets for the team. That team being BVG Studios. I also do some animation and help with level design and some small but other importent developer subjects.
I am also a Anime and Manga fan and like taking some of my spare time to watch a variety of Anime's and read the Manga's that correspond to them.
I am currently attending a local community college to learn Computer Coding Language for furthering me knowledge of Game Development and its inter workings.

  1. Its not just you, its also me and some other people. Even people over on Yahoo answers are having this issue. Look here. http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20130715064021AAyV0Xx Seems like a big screw up on 343s part. Can't even complete the Spartan Ops Challenges right now. Derp moment I guess.
  2. Don't forget that usually when a Spartan is on a mission, they would rather die (possibly) then fail that mission. So when Chief makes saving Cortana a mission and not just a favor for her, and he fails it...he seemed like he was dying from the inside out. Plus with him loosing someone (not something) close to him, he basically going into what some might called "Shut down" mode. Meaning he is in a emotional wreck type state. Basically...Spartans would rather die then fail a mission. That is how they were trained. Die or Succeed. There is no other option or alternative.
  3. This is a "yes and no" situation for me. Yes I would like her to return, but not until Halo 6 I would have to say. This can be accomplished if done right. Let me say how I would like to see Cortana make her return. First of all, I do like how Bungie did the Halo 3 "flash back type" moments while Master Chief did not have her. But since this is a new company and a new trilogy, it should be done in a new type of way. Maybe have Master Chief hear voices and not see images of Cortana, maybe hear them far off and only have Master Chief hear them and the Chief would know that Cortana is not gone, but no one believes him. This would be an interesting twist because everyone around the Chief would think he has gone crazy. This would prove (for a while) that the idea of Spartans being "broken at their core" but then when Cortana reappears, this would show that the Spartan are not "broken at their core" as the interrogator says when speaking with Dr. Catherine Halsey and it would actually prove that Halsey is correct. That the Spartans ARE actually the next step for Human-kinds evolution. That they may have a deeper connection then a normal human would. Now, another thing. My theory is that Cortana is actually rebuilding herself within the Chief Spartan Armor and at the end of Halo 5, Cortana appears before Chief and everyone else. Here is how this happened. As we know at the beginning of Halo 4, Cortana says she rewrote the Chiefs Armor firmware. Many of use know that Cortana always thinks ahead of everyone else (sort of like Halsey seems to in Halo Reach). So Cortana must have know she would not make it, so when she interacts with Chiefs armor in the ending cut scene within the blue protective bubble, she must have implemented part of her code (code that was may not have been affected by her rampancy). This would allow her to rebuild from within Chiefs firmware and his suits electronic/cybernetics. That is what I think how Halo 5/6 should be.
  4. Updated my Profile background to a Epic Anime one. Enjoy!

  5. Tired as all hell, but I need to work on GoC Content. Blah! So....ya

  6. .......What? I am sorry, but that did not make much sense. Could you please re-explain what you wrote? I am confused what you are trying to communicate. Thank you
  7. I have been going through my head with a thought about the time between of the Halo 3 Ending and the Beginning of Halo 4. First let me put out there that this is based off really evidence (which I will be providing) and not just Fan made up propaganda. This article is purely for Documentation purposes only, and does not intend to encroach or disrespect the Halo Franchise in any way shape or form. Now on to the ever growing Mystery of the Scenes and Evidence that discombobulates the ending of Halo 3 and the Beginning of Halo 4. Let first take a look at the great ship called the Forward Unto Dawn. Here is a model of have straight from Halo 3 itself showing the exterior of the ship and is wonders. http://screencast.com/t/Pr1hdfzvHyoh This is a model straight from the game, and has a full view of the whole entire ship. Here is where the Mystery Begins. As we know, at the end of Halo 3 (Legendary Ending or not) The Elite know as the Arbiter goes onto the ships Bridge to get himself and the Master Chief away from the crumbling Halo Installation (with some help from Cortana of course). And as we know, the ships bridge contains all the abilities to control and maneuver the ship, as well as the Weapons, Communication, and Other impotent stations. Here is the thing, the bridge, as prior to previous Frigates (such as the In Amber Clad) is located at the highest point on the ship itself. An image of this can be found here. The thing is, in Halo 4 the Bridge seems to be replace with the Observation Desks. As right from what Cortana says "Our best bet it figure out who's boarding us is the Observation Desk - four floors up" Here is a image of the Bridge AND Observation Deck of the Forward Unto Dawn. http://screencast.com/t/2iSksPdo If that image is confusing, then take a look at this one. http://screencast.com/t/v5sZYnOEDG9s As I have labeled, the Bridge is the top most point of the ship (which makes since because it would allow the best view for navigating the ships while in space. While the Observation Deck is the lower part, this allowing the crew to see ahead and allowing them to see how the ship is functioning. Here is where it gets complicated. The Arbiter went to the Forward Unto Dawns Bridge and sits down to enjoy the ride home. This is, the bridge that the Arbiter sits down in and the so called Observation Deck the the Master Chief go to BOTH have a set of windows that allow the crew to see in a almost 180 degrees view. Thing is, there is only one known location on the Forward Unto Down and that is where both the Arbiter is seen sitting down at the end of Halo 3 and where Master Chief finds out about the Massive Covenant Fleet in Halo 4. Here is a screenshot of The Arbiter sitting down at the helm of the bridge. http://screencast.com/t/zx3Zq8Eh (If this image is not enough you can watch the regular ending to Halo 3, Legendary or not and see for yourself) And here is a image of the same room (just bigger) with the same circular windows (currently barricaded from a unknown reason). http://screencast.com/t/9Qn10kKfiZN So...If you are still confused as I am, let me make it worse. Here is a screen capture of the same model from Halo 3. Notice the area with the same window setup? I have boxed in the area I am talking about for helpful purposes. http://screencast.com/t/1ktYYh5iblz See what I mean? What is going on? Like I stated above, the bridge on other Frigates has been the upper most part of the ship (that being the area with the windows in a circular form). There is one more Mystery that has yet to be spoken of. When the Master Chief leaves the interior of the Forward Unto Dawn and goes onto its hull. The entire area is in the shape of a "U", meaning there are two walls of the area formed from ships hull (and not a wall made up completely of chucks of scrap metal or debris). Also notice that the Master Chief exits onto the ships outer hull from the lower right hand part of the bottom of the "U" shape? This does not correspond with the model from Halo 3, seen here. http://screencast.com/t/ZMuzsnk7x2 The area where the Master Chief launches the missile could be where the circular pods are. I say "could be" because Cortana kept saying the word "Missile" this could be a reference to the UNSC weapon called the Archer Missile, but it could also be the weapon called the Shiva Warhead. But it is most likely not the Shiva Warhead because Cortana never says the word Warhead or Shiva, this intern leads me to believe that Cortana can only be referring to the Archer Missile which are stored in circular pods that are white capped. One of these pods can be see in Halo 4, the one that Master Chief has to fix by kicking a mechanical part to allow the Missile to be launched. As seen in the above screen capture, the pods are all in a row and are positioned atop a protruding platform. Where as in Halo 4, they are indented into the ships hull, and are separated into two separate pods instead of six pods total. This leads to the other question of: Where exactly was Master Chief fighting on the hull of the Forward Unto Dawn? If anyone know what in the world is going on, then please feel free to post a reply. I now leave you with one final image, or a comparison of two images. http://screencast.com/t/M9Cco0COXtrW
  8. Just came back to this thread and noticed all the member asking for 343i to fix many of the same things. Things like the wall Complex map glitch (which I will soon explain why it cannot be fixed), the DMR being overpowered (which I completely agree), the XP cap issue (which interestingly enough I have not run into yet) and many more things. But yet, we receive nothing from 343i themselves. Now I know they a very busy with Halo 4 just being released and all, but....could they not post a quick post that says something like: "We 343i appreciate you concerns and queries, and we are working on as much as we can. Thank you for your patience and support, 343i" See? How hard would that be? Now keep in mind I am not trying to bash 343i, but just trying to make sure that they are hearing our voice as a community and not as a single person. Anyways, as I had mentioned above about the complex map wall glitch....I do not think this is at all possible to fix. Let me first tell you that I have worked on and created video game levels/maps (including Halo Custom Edition maps) and from what I understand, things such as the Complex wall glitch are irreversible. This is because when a game company creates a map for a game (they are about to release), it is acutally coded into the games disc (such as a CD or DVD). This being the case, the Complex wall glitch may not even be able to be fixed because of the map being coded into the disc and not server based content. This might be different though if is were a DLC based map. Because you would be obtaining the map from a download (which is sort of a paid-for-update) and if this were the case then it might be fixable with a additional update for the said map. But not with Complex being a disc based map instead of a DLC base map. I hope this will possibly clear up people asking about 343i fixing the Complex wall glitch, because from my understanding of map modeling....I just don't think they CAN fix such a issue. They probably WANT to, but realistically I don't think they can without re-releasing Halo 4 as another disc....meaning they would have to send every customer that ever bought Halo 4 another disc with a fixed Complex map.
  9. How about reporting lag-switchers? eh eh? I was JUST playing a game of Regicide and was a fun until a new player joined. That is what it got cheap. As soon as he got the crown..he started lag-switching. I melee him three-four times on the lower level (this being on Haven), but he never died. He even had little to no shields. Though he finally did die, I did not get the kill. Then (get this) he won the game by lag-switching. Yep...completely true. He went from new player to winner in about....3-5 minutes (or so). His second or last kill to win the game was by lag-switching. Here is what happened. I was in the lower level of Haven trying to get kills (the real and correct way) when he jumps down to my level, and I start shooting him with me Assault Rifle. Then he starts to lag-switch to where even though I am shooting him and he should have died, he lags from in front of me and to my left, to where he is at my right and almost behind me. This all started when he joined the game...seriously. I feel that Halo 4 is turning into (sadly enough) Call of Duty to where people lag-switch and using glitches (like on the map Complex and getting out of kill range) to win the game. If any Staff members of 343 Industries read this post, please PM me. I have video proof that a player won the game of Regicide via lag-switching. Thank you for you time.
