beside that this ending is a bit sad, i still think that it's pretty smart how 343i managed to emotionally reach people, even tho it's a game. I've never seen (and felt) this in any other games.

Cortana just vanished into space, she didn't die like johnson or miranda did. So she still is somewhere in space probably. I think that 343 Industries did this to: let the luck of chief go down slowly and will result to something in the end at Halo 6, or make an incredible return of Cortana in Halo 5 or Halo 6. We will see in the trailer next juli at E3

I think that will be the part to make us curious for what will happen in Halo 5, like in Halo 3 after the credits you see the Dawn drifting at "a misterious planet" that we now know as Requiem

the librarian said that the knights are based of experimenting with human DNA and robotic stuff, so they're a combination of both

Actually, she just vanished while walking back, so it could be that she's still somewhere in space in particles and not literally gone. They said that Halo 5 will be a bit darker than the other ones, but we will see. I hope they will bring her back in Halo 5 or 6.

Hello, I'm koeno100, i'm pretty new to halo forums, but i've been playing halo since the beginning. I got my xbox back in 2002 together with halo CE and an other racing game or something. After that I bought the Halo multiplayer pack containing Halo CE (so I have 2 now ), Halo 2 and Halo 2 multiplayer pack. Now I've got every game of the halo trilogy, except Reach, and I love them!
