  1. (Spoiler) One thing I would really like to see is bringing the arbiter back. It seems like the composer turned the humans on earth into prometheans so maybe you could do something similar to the flood infestation and please find a way to get cortana back, the old one not a newer one please.
  2. I know it does, i just still found it a bit limited
  3. I'm not sure if this belongs in the campaign forum or not but I'll post it here anyways. WARNING: SPOILERS ARE IN THE NEXT READING, IT'S HIGHLY SUGGESTED YOU BEAT THE GAME BEFORE READING It seems like the master chief didn't act like master chief at all in this campaign. He's usually the soldier that's willing to risk anything, which he did. However, it seems like he was really different in this game. I usually see chief as the prime source of bad assery and mystery. In this game, he almost appeared to be a little bit of a wimp, not completely of course he was still really bad ass but still, you can't say you didnt notice. I understand that they were trying to show his human side, but at the end (SPOILER) he has that sentimental part over cortana. You can't really match the master chief with a sentimental moment. If not almost everything in the game were changed the personality change might have been eased in but it almost seemed like we got a new character and we obviously got new enemies. He dealt with things differently than he normally would and he seemed a little too attached with cortana in the end, he blew off Johnson's death in halo 3 who was a much more enjoyable soldier and character than cortana but she really impacted him. Of course that's my opinion but I still think it was a little out of place. With the fact that more spartans were shown in the game made the build up of chief's character kind of die down. It used to be cool being humanity's last hope and the only spartan around but the fact that more were introduced really ruined that felling for me. Don't get me wrong, I overall really liked the campaign I just didnt feel like it was a appropriate ending to the series I've loved since I was 5. Yes, I did see the cinematic after the credits, but it still didnt tie it in correctly.

  5. I agree and disagree with some of the points you were saying. First of all, the game is amazing with all of the changes they've made but the campaign probably could've been a little more thought out. It seems like what they did was focus more on the gameplay more than the story line. The forerunners just kind of showed up without any background story other than the fact that they made the halo rings. I've only read one of the halo books and what it seems like is you pulled way to much from them. Next time (hopefully there is one) I would stick to the basic storyline of the game. Plus they really strayed away from the covenant you only faced the covenant for the first few missions and then after the infinity crash it's nearly all promethians. In truth it really didnt feel like a Halo game at all. Everything was changed. It almost seems like they scrapped everything from the old and created a new enemy and new characters. Chief has always been known tobe the strong silent type and yes I understand that they were trying to show his human side. Yet, it seemed like an entirely different character, he's not supposed to show weakness and the fact that he was introduced to other spartans was really disappointing. The reallycool part about playing as chief was the fact that you seemed like humanity's last hope and you were the last spartan left. Showing other spartans kind of took away from the interest of chief. In Reach I could understand why, it was the very beginning of the war so it tied in well. I guess i could agree that the campaigns storyline was a little disappointing but overall it left a great experience in the end. Honestly it left me really wanting a halo 5, but if they make one, they need to stick to the classic halo style
  6. I was going through all of the maps in forge and I noticed that the area included no forge world. I kind of expected for it to not be in the game however, I would still really like to add one if possible. The one in reach was perfect for me and it gave me A LOT of space to build. Some of the most creative things I've ever done has come out of that map. Halo 4 added a bunch of new and interesting things to the forge mode in the game. There's so many awesome things to try plus they brought in some of the great stuff from halo reach. So if you combine in some of the two's greatest features you'd have amazing forge creations popping out everywhere. The problem with some of the maps in the game is that they're too small. The map erosion, for example, Has a great little hangar to forge in, however it runs out of space really quickly. All I know is, is that when I get bored of the campaign and matchmaking I turn to forge and I cant paint a big picture without a big canvas.
