  1. It's probably the only strategy game ive ever played, with that being said....I LUV IT!!!
  2. My friend always mentioned a strategy game where you can go into first person mode and actually participate in the battle. Seems like a cool idea, but balancing will be brought up even though both players will have access to it. I think that's out of today's technology's grasp as well.
  3. Yeah, this seems a little too fishy for me to believe. As the director mentioned, the scenario you bring up is implausible.
  4. I wouldn't mind a second installment, however, I don't think the first one got good reception, it's a shame. I for one, thought it was very well done and Ensemble proved that they actually cared by patching up things that made the game unfair. As much as we would like a new one, I think the Halo Wars series has reached its end.
  5. There's no master strategy that's unbeatable. It all depends on the scenario, map, and characters on the other team. Vultures is a tough one, but Grizzlies can be done by power farming and making two reactors. Even then, it will be hard to sustain such an economy if the enemy team is pressuring you.
  6. All cutscenes in Halo 2 made me feel as if I were in Master Chief or Arbiter's shoes, even though they technically don't have them. I enjoyed Arbiter's cutscenes much more though. The particular scene I liked is when the arbiter confronts Tartarus after being betrayed. The music and the mood clinched it for me.
  7. I don't know the difficulty range on getting a 50 in rank, but based on my experience with Halo 3, I was not able to progress past level 46. Whether or not this system is implemented into Halo 4 is out of my knowledge.
  8. Am I the only one who thinks that the specializations are going to create an unfair environment for those who haven't attained level 50? I'm not quite sure what all of them are yet, but it seems like they are making the players a bit to overpowered. Imagine having another ability on top of your armor ability. Too me, that's just straight up bull.
  9. I think they should leave Halo 2 as it is with its dark gloomy graphics. They messed up the silent hill franchise with the remakes because it failed to match the resolution as the old games environment. Don't fix it if it ain't broke.
  10. They say i'm related to Johnson.
  11. From what I heard, 343 sought to get rid of bloom since Reach. I don't think they will even include it in Halo 4. Go watch the gameplay videos. I haven't seen one weapon with bloom yet. Like my predecessors have said, the BR is back and it is bloom free and to me that's all that matters considering I favor it over the DMR.
  12. I'd have to say the Arbiter from Halo 2 and 3. His story and voice really brought the emotions to the story unlike Master Chief who was bred to have no personality and no emotions. It provides a lot of balance. I also found Dutch, from ODST, to be an interesting character because he seems to be one of the few humans that have hanged on to God.
  13. Honestly, Spartan Ops looks very interesting in that it tells a story instead of putting players in a random scenario. The Spec Ops in Modern Warfare 2 was alright in my opinion but I think Halo 4 will take it to a new level. It never hurts to try something new because Halo 3 revolutionized everything with the forge ability and theater mode. I have no regrets when it comes to Spartan Ops. The first season will be free and I heard there will be more to come. At least 343 Industries will be constantly updating unlike other companies.
