  1. Actually, no. The AR is a close quarters weapon, same as the SMG, but in a close quarters battle, the SMG would win, because the SMG does the same amount of damage the AR does, the SMG shoots faster, has more ammo; enough for 3 kills, but is a lot less accurate. The AR has less ammo; enough for 2 kills, shoots 4 times father that the SMG without as much spread, medium accuracy. From medium range, the AR would win, from close quarters, the SMG would win. The SMG would be better as a primary, its too powerful to be a secondary, plus people have different play styles, some like to play close quarters, some like medium range.
  2. I find it funny how people think that Halo is literally getting all of it's stuff from Call of Duty, I mean... they may have gotten the idea of armor abilities from sprint on games like CoD and BF. But really, if you look at it deeply, they aren't really copying ****. I mean, that's like saying if you were inspired by an art picture to make one as well, then no matter what; it's copying that piece of art. Don't say I'm wrong. Inspiration and copying are 2 whole different things. Only a 4 year old doesn't know that. Halo is on the move, if the hipsters don't want change, they should stay behind, keep playing Reach or Halo: 3 or whatever when Halo: 4 comes out. they really shouldn't complain. There may be some bad mistakes they will add in Halo: 4, but also; Armor Lock was a terrible mistake. Halo: 4 will be a great game, don't say I'm wrong. By what I've seen and heard about it so far, it's gonna be a great game. (Halo: 4 information provider: http://www.youtube.com/user/Halo4Follower) So, hipsters, next time you think of posting Halo: 4 hate, think again. -Pwnage
  3. That would be pretty similar the Star Wars Battlefront 2. And, I like the idea of that.
  4. But it also would be cool for Matchmaking if there was a specific game type for space battles though.
  5. **DISCLAIMER** This article contains SPOILERS of the Halo: Reach campaign. If you have not finished the Reach campaign, I suggest leaving now, unless you don't care. Thanks. Imagine if in Halo: 4 there could be space battles. Yeah, like in the Halo: Reach mission "Long Night of Solace" where you drive the Sabre space ships. Think of it, like that, but in multiplayer. Okay now, don't say that wouldn't be cool. It may not be as cool as being on the ground in action. But!.. It would add to the crazy-cool variety of Halo, and the outer-Earth expression. Am I right? List of Some of Things That Space Battles Would Be Cool/Useful For: Machinima's People who like space battles Actual further use of the Sabre ships Gametype/map creativity Funner battles Role players, maybe There are a lot more, that was just a list of "some" of the things it would be cool/useful for. If you have any ideas of why it would be cool, post it in the comment section. Also, if you have any reasons why it would be bad, I'm accepting those too. Thanks. -Pwnage
  6. Actually, the SMG was a better weapon than the AR.
  7. The SMG... I was expecting it to be one of the first confirmed weapons in Halo 4. I mean It might not even be in Halo 4, as it is unconfirmed. The SMG was, and is my favorite Halo weapon of the whole trilogy. If it isn't in Halo 4, as it wasn't in Halo Reach. That will be a downer for me, and many also for others. A YouTuber named Halo4Follower- (He's legit) -made a video on what was in Game Informer magazine for Halo 4 during April 7th, 2012. Link: Go to "0:54" on the video's time bar. It has a list of a few returning weapons and some new ones. None of which, the SMG. I hope 343 will announce it soon if it is in Halo 4. I miss using it. Please 343, let the M7's bullet's fly. ~Pwnage
  8. I DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THIS ANYMORE! 343 IS RIGHT, I'M WRONG HERE. I DID NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT 343 MEAN'T ABOUT ALL OF THE NEW HALO: 4 **** Hello, 343 Industries. Please listen to me, since there won't be a Halo: 4 public beta, and you need the community to help you make a another great Halo game; then please listen to me. I would like to share this information that I've read, and my opinion on it. http://halocouncil.c...ormation-leaked All of the information on the link was great news to me. Except these: No More Respawn Delay: 5 second spawns are better, At the press of X is much worse than 5 seconds. There would be a lot forms of in-game Trolling, and noobs sitting in spawn just to annoy, or let people down. No More Weapon Camping: The fact that they drop from the sky seem's cool for a lot of big maps like 'Avalanche' from Halo 3 I can agree. But on most small map's like Asylum from Reach, or Guardian from Halo 3 would get really bad. Elites Not Returning to Multiplayer: I know why the Elite's aren't going to be in Halo 4 matchmaking, in fact it has a story attached to it. Training simulator. There was Elite's in Halo 3 matchmaking, and why not Halo 4? I mean, they could just add the Elite's equal the the Spartan VI's. Halo 4 does take place in 2554, so they could make a new genre of Sanghelli solders that are in training with the spartan VI's as a new type of Elite troopers. Please 343, I miss Elites in matchmaking. I don't play as one... but with them just establishes Halo's unique universe. Forerunner Vision; That's a really bad idea: that just goes overboard of a new genre of armor abilities. Such as Armor lock and Drop shield did. I mean, with sprint on all the time in Halo 4, and Forerunner vision, will most likely be terribly cheap, and defeat the purpose of Cloak, and sniping. Custom Loadouts: I'm not sure this one was in the article, I heard it just recently. But, custom loadouts is just as bad as an idea as Armor lock was. I've been hearing you can pick your own weapons, and armor abilities after purchased with a new currency. Spartan Points. That isn't Halo, that's right from Call of Duty. Halo was never suppose to be anything like CoD. I hope it never will be. I play Halo for it's uniquely different gameplay, and creativity. Beside's those. I like what I'm hearing about Halo 4. Keep up the good work.
