  1. I think that there just might be other spartan's in in halo 4's campaign, I'm surer you'll still play as the chief but on halo waypoint in the halo 4 campaign screenshots it looks like what might be other spartan's in the background. Idk but it looks like mjolnir armor to me......
  2. Despite what the cover says, I highly doubt any new hero. I'm sure of course there will be new characters and stuff, but 343 has repeatedly said that this is Master Chief's story they are telling. Don't think they'll lie to us about that. Of course there are other possiblilities about how to tell Master Chief's story........
  3. I liked the brutes but i think that they should be even more over the top. IMO they shouldn't show up as often as the elites and shouldn't be as serious. I think they should just insta-rage when they get into combat and smash anything in their path (explosives) i think it would be hilarious and might be used for some pretty cool situations.
  4. I believe that grifball is the blood-soaked rite of passage that only one lucky spartan who hides in the corner can survive through and make it to matchmaking.........IMO
  5. Love the elite, it looks more alien and scary than past halo games, and I actually love the new take on the grunt, it's different and i'm SUPER FLACKING EXCITED that these are just one type of elite and grunt, can't wait for different types of elite's like ultras and also, if they've put this much work on a group that isn't even the main enemy, just imagine what the new enemy (whatever that may be) will look like.
  6. To me the symbol above the map looks like invisibility because of the x over the eye. And also you can see the grenade symbol in the top left, it's been changed from the first look video, but sadly the only type of grenade you see there is the frag grenade.
  7. I know alot of people are raging about the armor abilites and other things 343 has announced like varied weapon spawns, but I read an interview with Frank O'Connor and he said that there hasn't been a single reaction from the community that they haven't expected. Give them a chance to explain themselves more before you just rip on how much you hated the aa's in reach. Based on how a lot of them are from bungie, they've learned more about how aa's could work. Lets remember that that was their first time doing those and im sure that most if not all of them will be tweaked immensely.
  8. OK well this relates to the vehicles in general more than to the first person view directly but.............. I think that more work should be done on the vehicles as a whole. IMO, the vehicular control and the feel of driving has been too "arcadey" for a game that looks so good and with so many details. Idc about the fiction of why the warthog has the grip of a velcrow on a pond of crazy glue, and then you hit the brakes and it deploys marbles under your own tires. Changing the performance on the vehicles might fit in with the feel and fiction of the game. i think that it would be cool if you had to focus on something other than not hitting debris in your path to get where you want to go in the shortest amount of time. Like the patch of sand ahead and how it might make you slide too far on your turn and into the wall, and if and when you do hit it, it would hurt. I think impact in vehicles should hurt the vehicle and the people inside more dramatically. IMO it could be a blast without the constant sense of death grip control you have right now. AND....burnouts. This opens up so many different modes and games when not everyone is the perfect driver. Drag races and drifting and who can make the biggest 11's and having a team driver in games. OF COURSE this could all be being done right now and bunches of fun on wheels is awaiting us in halo 4. just a thought
