Ucooki1 Posted May 31, 2017 Report Share Posted May 31, 2017 I decided to buy the 10 +3 req pack earlier but it came up with an error, not sure of hthe error code all I know is that it sayd "abandoned" next to it and told be to "try again later" However I never received these packs and I still have a pending transaction of £23.99 that I simply got nothing from, is there anything I can do about this since it is my own money and I kinda don't want to waste it on a software error, Thanks, Ucooki1 2 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
HIWBC Posted June 1, 2017 Report Share Posted June 1, 2017 The only thing I can really think of myself, taking into consideration that you didn't quite catch the error code, is that you could try phoning up 343 customer support and if they don't have anything to say phone up Xbox customer support themselves. Get them to remove the transaction from your purchase history entirely and refund you. After that, try to make the purchase again. Somethimes this stuff just gets backed-up and will come to you somehwat later. If not, MS support chat is the only thing that will get you your money back.
