A forum run by fans for fans, and NO official relation to 343 Industries? Sounds like a solid plan my man.... Anyway, sarcasm aside, if you really need support for ANY issue, you should call the Xbox support number and try to talk to someone or continue to hit up Waypoint. That is the only way you will get any kind of official support for Halo 5. Unless you luck out and someone else from the forum can answer your problem successfully.
