Your banning on Waypoint is more of a personal thing. Directing you to Waypoint is what we do to many members who need direct help; if we can't solve it. If anything, it most likely isn't MCC having this issues. Its the Achievements itself. I recommend going to Xbox Customer Support and telling them you are having troubles unlocking achievements for games. Do not specify that it's MCC, otherwise you're going to end up back here or Waypoint. Have you been able to receive notifications for other games or for things like invitations or clips being recorded? Have you played another game and unlocked achievements during the MCC dry spell?
