There are a few ways to do it:

*Wait it out.

*Hard Reset

*Clear Alternate Mac Address

*Delete Local Save and sync data (You lose progress, but this is usually a 60% of fixing it.)

*Try a Network-Reconnect (Forget wireless network, then reconnect)

*Launch another game and connect to their servers, then quit and retry MCC.

These are my suggestions, fellow members may be able to help you.

Hopefully it gets fixed!

1 2 3 and 5 ive done. I only have the downloaded MCC until next paycheck.

Download should not make a difference. You can try deleting the local save, and launching another game and connecting to servers have nothing to do with MCC.

However, go as you wish.

If those do not work, then it is broken for you on your end.

Hm, alright. Then I guess your only option left is to clear local save data. This will delete your progress for campaign, not achievements. Meaning if you beat like all missions of Halo 3's campaign on Legendary but one of them, you'll have to go back through and do it again. Same with the playlists.

This is entirely up to you, or you can just wait it out. Seeing as 343i's MCC servers are crappy.

Before you clear your local save data, completely unplug your console and plug it back together. Sometimes after resetting the router and doing all of the above it works. You may want to try to download a free to play game like Warframe, which can help when a game freezes or doesn't respond in a similar manner to MCc right now. That way you don't have to switch discs to get a game to work properly.

If none of that works, recent the save cache.

This actually happened to me after an update with the preview program.

This is how I fixed it.

1. Go to settings

2. Power & startup

3. Scroll right to 'Power Mode' and make sure that Energy-saving is selected.

Once it is selected, scroll back to the left and select 'Turn Xbox off'. Wait a good 20 seconds and then turn it back on and see if MCC is working.
