Here is my thoughts on the montage ( be warned I am harsh critic )
 
Lets start with the con's
 
1 The choice of music was just awful it really didn't go with what was happening on screen.
 
2 Many of the clips were far too long
 
3 To be honest there was really nothing even slightly impressive in the video
 
4 The constant colour changing effects made me want to throw up
 
5 Look at this montage I linked below, the clips are chopped pretty good overall. The music really well and the guy who made this has some awesome grenade skills.

That link is an example of a good montage ( not like I enjoy montages all too much )

 

Pros

 

To be honest I really don't think this is a very good montage so I cant really think of any, but! Use the cons I have said to make your next montage much better.

 

Get music that fits

 

Even if it means staging stuff with your friends or whatever try and put in some really impressive feats

 

Make the clips shorter

 

No colour effects

 

and please, don't let my harsh words destroy you, take my advice and try again.
